도 2는, 실시예에서 이용한 홈이 있는 오노식 회전 굽힘 피로 시험편의 형상을 나타내는 도면이다. 도면에 있어서의 치수의 단위는 「㎜」이다.
도 3은, 실시예에서 이용한 4점 굽힘 시험편의 형상을 나타내는 도면이다. 도면에 있어서의 치수의 단위는 「㎜」이다.
도 4는, 실시예에서 이용한 4점 굽힘 시험편의 피검면 형상을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는, 실시예에서 이용한 4점 굽힘 시험편에 있어서의 비커스 경도 시험에 있어서의 경도의 측정 위치를 모식적으로 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은, 실시예에서 이용한 4점 굽힘 시험편에 있어서의 화합물층 깊이의 측정 위치를 모식적으로 나타내는 도면이다.

- 베이스 강재(base steel material)의 화학 조성이, 질량%로,
C:0.35~0.50%,
Si:0.10~0.35%,
Mn:2.3~2.8%,
S:0.10% 이하,
N:0.0030~0.0250%,
Cu:0~1.0%,
Mo:0~0.3%,
Ni:0~0.5%,
Ti:0~0.020%,
잔부:Fe 및 불순물이고,
하기의 식 [1]로 표시되는 Fn1이 3.10≤Fn1≤6.00이며,
불순물 중의 P, Al 및 Cr이 각각, P:0.08% 이하, Al:0.05% 이하 및 Cr:0.20% 미만이며,
응력 집중부에 있어서,
표면으로부터 0.05㎜ 위치의 HV 경도가 410~480이며,
표면으로부터 1.0㎜ 위치의 HV 경도가 200 이상이며,
화합물층 깊이가 5㎛ 이하이며, 또한
베이스재의 금속 조직이 베이나이트 조직인,
비조질형 연질화 부품.
