Claims (5)
- 강제 외피 내에 플럭스가 충전된 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어로서,
와이어 전체 질량당,
TiO2: 3∼8질량%,
Si, Si 산화물 및 Si 화합물 중 적어도 1종: Si 환산값의 합계로 0.1∼0.5질량%,
C: 0.01∼0.15질량%,
Mn: 0.5∼3.0질량%,
Mo: 0.01∼0.80질량%,
Ni: 1∼3질량%,
금속 Mg 및 Mg 합금 중 적어도 1종: Mg 환산의 합계로 0.2∼1.0질량%,
F 화합물: F 환산값의 합계로 0.010∼0.400질량%,
K 화합물: K 환산값의 합계로 0.010∼0.400질량%,
Na 화합물: Na 환산값의 합계로 0.005∼0.400질량%,
B 및 B 화합물: B 환산값의 합계로 0.001∼0.005질량%, 및
Fe: 80질량% 이상
을 함유함과 더불어,
금속 Ti 및 Ti 합금: Ti 환산값의 합계로 0.01질량% 이하,
금속 Al 및 Al 합금: Al 환산값의 합계로 0.05질량% 이하, 및
V: 0.010질량% 미만
으로 규제하고,
또한, 강제 외피 전체 질량당, Ti: 0.011질량% 이하로 규제한 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 Al 및 B 중 적어도 한쪽을 하기와 같이 규제한 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
Al: 상기 강제 외피 전체 질량당, 0.05질량% 이하
B: 상기 강제 외피 전체 질량당, 0.005질량% 이하 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 와이어 전체 질량당의 금속 Ti 및 Ti 합금의 총 함유량의 Ti 환산값을 [Ti], B 및 B 화합물의 총 함유량의 B 환산값을 [B], 금속 Al 및 Al 합금의 총 함유량의 Al 환산값을 [Al]로 했을 때, 이들의 관계가 하기 수학식을 만족시키는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
1000×{[Ti]-([B])0.9}2/[Al]≤2.00 - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 S: 0.005∼0.030질량%, ZrO2: 0.05∼1.00질량% 및 Al2O3: 0.01∼1.00질량% 중 적어도 1종을 함유하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 P 및 Nb 중 적어도 한쪽을 하기와 같이 규제한 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
P: 와이어 전체량당, 0.030질량% 이하
Nb: 와이어 전체량당, 0.010질량% 미만
