따라서 완속충전기(OBC) 출력단 보호 시스템, 방법 및 장치에 따라 완속충전기의 출력단을 보호할 수 있다.
Description
도 1은 일반적인 완속충전기의 출력단 보호 시스템을 설명하기 위한 구성도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 완속충전기의 출력단 보호 시스템을 설명하기 위한 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 완속충전기의 출력단 보호 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 완속충전기의 출력단 보호 장치을 설명하기 위한 구성도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 완속충전기의 출력단 보호 장치를 적용한 효과를 설명하기 위한 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- 배터리로 상기 배터리의 전압과 동일한 출력전압을 인가하여 충전을 수행하는 완속충전기(OBC, On Board Charger);
상기 완속충전기의 출력전압과 상기 배터리의 전압 간의 전압차를 임계치와 비교하는 출력단 보호 장치; 및
상기 전압차가 상기 임계치 이하인 경우, 상기 완속충전기와 상기 배터리를 연결하는 완속충전기 릴레이(OBC Relay);
를 포함하며,
상기 완속충전기는 상기 완속충전기 릴레이가 구동한 뒤, 충전을 수행하는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리는 메인 릴레이(Main Relay)를 포함하며,
상기 메인 릴레이의 구동에 의해 상기 완속충전기의 출력전압이 상기 배터리로 인가되는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리의 전압 정보를 상기 출력단 보호 장치에게 전송하는 배터리관리시스템(BMS, Battery Management System);
을 더 포함하는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리는,
초충저항 및 초충 릴레이(Pre-Charge Relay)를 포함하며, 상기 초충 릴레이는 상기 메인 릴레이가 닫히기 전에 닫히는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 시스템. - 완속충전기(OBC, On Board Charger)의 출력단 보호 장치가 상기 완속충전기의 출력전압과 배터리의 전압 간의 전압차를 임계치와 비교하는 단계;
상기 전압차가 상기 임계치 이하인 경우, 완속충전기 릴레이(OBC Relay)가 구동하여 상기 완속충전기와 상기 배터리를 연결하는 단계; 및
상기 완속충전기와 상기 배터리가 연결된 뒤, 상기 완속충전기가 상기 배터리로 전송하여 충전을 수행하는 단계;
를 포함하는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 배터리는 메인 릴레이(Main Relay)를 포함하며,
상기 메인 릴레이의 구동에 의해 상기 완속충전기의 출력전압이 상기 배터리로 인가되는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 비교하는 단계 이전에,
배터리관리시스템(BMS, Battery Management System)이 상기 배터리의 전압 정보를 상기 출력단 보호 장치에게 전송하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 배터리는,
초충저항 및 초충 릴레이(Pre-Charge Relay)를 포함하며, 상기 초충 릴레이는 상기 메인 릴레이가 닫히기 전에 닫히는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 방법. - 완속충전기(OBC, On Board Charger)로부터 출력전압 정보와 배터리로부터 전압 정보를 전달 받는 통신부; 및
상기 출력전압과 상기 배터리의 전압 간의 전압차를 산출하고 임계치와 비교하는 판단부;
를 포함하며,
상기 통신부는 상기 전압차가 상기 임계치 이하인 경우, 릴레이(Relay) 제어 신호를 전송하여 완속충전기 릴레이(OBC Relay)를 구동시키는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 배터리는 상기 완속충전기의 출력전압을 상기 배터리로 인가하는 메인 릴레이(Main Relay)를 포함하며,
상기 통신부는,
상기 메인 릴레이(Main Relay)를 구동을 제어하는 신호를 전송하는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 통신부는 배터리관리시스템(BMS, Battery Management System)로부터 상기 배터리의 전압 정보를 수신하는;
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 배터리는,
초충저항 및 초충 릴레이(Pre-Charge Relay)를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 초충 릴레이는 상기 메인 릴레이가 닫히기 전에 닫히는,
완속충전기의 출력단 보호 장치. - 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
