Abstract
본 발명에 따른 방법은 섬유 및 원단이 태양광에 의해 자체적으로 발열할 수 있도록 하므로 섬유 및 원단이 별도의 발열장치 없이 발열 및 보온효과를 발휘할 수 있도록 하고 발열효과를 제공하는 입자가 항균력을 가지므로 이를 함유하는 섬유 및 원단 또한 항균성을 나타내며, 또한 섬유 및 원단을 별도로 염색하지 않아도 태양광과 더불어 발열에 의해 색상이 변화하므로 시각적인 효과를 구현할 수 있고 후가공 방식에 따른 낮은 내구성과 견뢰도 문제가 해소되어 장기간 사용하여도 지속적으로 발열, 항균 및 발색 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 탄소화합물 100 중량부, 구형도 0.5 이상의 구형입자로 이루어진 산화철화합물 50~80 중량부 및 금속산화물 30~50 중량부로 구성되고 각 성분의 입자크기가 10 ㎚~100 ㎛인 광 발열 조성물을 섬유 방사시 방사액에 혼합하여 방사하거나, 또는 상기 광 발열 조성물을 섬유 또는 원단 표면에 후가공하는 방법으로 피복하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 후가공하는 방법은 ⅰ) 상기 광 발열 조성물을 물 또는 유기용매에 용해, 분산 또는 현탁시킨 후 ⅱ) 이를 섬유 또는 원단에 살포, 분무 또는 침지하는 전면도포나 전사, 날염 또는 프린트하는 부분도포를 수행하고 ⅲ) 건조하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 후가공하는 방법은 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 칼슘 또는 주석 중에서 선택되는 금속의 알콕사이드 커플링제를 광 발열 조성물의 0.2~2.0 중량% 함유시킨 후 섬유 또는 원단 표면에 피복하는 방법으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소화합물은 카본블랙, 숯 분말, 탄소분말, 흑연분말, 탄소섬유분말, 탄소나노튜브 및 그라핀으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나이고,
상기 산화철화합물은 산화제일철, 산화제이철 및 사산화삼철로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나이며,
상기 금속산화물은 산화 알루미늄, 산화칼슘, 산화아연, 산화마그네슘, 산화제일주석 및 산화제이주석으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광 발열 조성물을 구성하는 각 입자는 표준편차 7 이하의 균일한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광 발열 조성물은 탄소화합물 100 중량부 기준 티타늄, 크롬, 망간, 니켈, 구리 및 아연으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나의 제4주기 전이금속 10~30 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 전이금속은 입자크기 10 ㎚~100 ㎛이고 표준편차 7 이하의 균일한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 전이금속은 전이금속을 산소 존재하에서 1000~1200 ℃로 소결시킨 전이금속 산화물 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광 발열 조성물은 탄소화합물 100 중량부 기준 감온안료, 감광안료 또는 이들의 혼합안료 1~10 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광에 의해 발열하는 조성물을 섬유 및 원단에 적용하는 방법.
