Claims (5)
- 수분을 함유하는 가습매체;
물을 저장하는 수조;
상기 가습매체로 수분이 공급되도록 상기 수조에 저장된 물을 분사하는 수차;
상기 수차를 회전하는 수차모터; 및
상기 수조의 수위를 측정하는 수위센서를 포함하고,
상기 수조는 수위에 따라 상하방향으로 이동하고 자력을 발생하는 플로터를 포함하고,
상기 수위센서는 상기 플로터가 발생한 자력을 감지하여 신호를 출력하기 위한 상하방향으로 배치된 복수의 홀센서를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 홀센서 중 적어도 하나는 상기 플로터가 발생한 자력을 감지하여 신호를 출력하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수위센서로부터 신호를 전달받아 상기 수조의 수위를 판단하는 제어부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 복수의 홀센서 중 신호를 출력하는 홀센서가 1개인 경우 신호를 출력하는 상기 홀센서로 상기 수조의 수위를 판단하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 복수의 홀센서 중 신호를 출력하는 홀센서가 2개인 경우 신호를 출력하는 상기 2개의 홀센서 중 높은 곳에 배치되는 상기 홀센서로 상기 수조의 수위를 판단하는 공기조화기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 수조에 물이 없다고 판단한 경우 상기 수차모터의 동작을 정지하는 공기조화기. - 수분을 함유하는 가습매체와, 상기 가습매체에 공급되는 물을 저장하는 수조와, 상기 수조의 수위를 측정하기 위한 복수의 홀센서를 포함하는 공기조화기의 제어방법에 있어서,
상기 복수의 홀센서 중, 상기 수조에 구비되어 수위에 따라 상하방향으로 이동하는 플로터가 발생하는 자력을 감지하여 신호를 출력하는 홀센서가 1개인 경우 상기 신호를 출력하는 홀센서로 상기 수조의 수위를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 복수의 홀센서 중 상기 플로터가 발생하는 자력을 감지하여 신호를 출력하는 홀센서가 2개인 경우 신호를 출력하는 상기 2개의 홀센서 중 높은 곳에 배치되는 상기 홀센서로 상기 수조의 수위를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 공기조화기의 제어방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 수조에 물이 없다고 판단하는 경우 상기 수조에 저장된 물을 분사하여 상기 가습매체로 수분을 공급하는 수차의 회전을 정지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공기조화기의 제어방법.
