도 2는 축에서 구동기와 펌프 사이에 있는 도 1의 실시 형태의 제한기 및 저장 챔버의 확대 단면도이다.

도 5는 장애의 발생시 저장 챔버에 있는 공정 유체의 농도를 나타내는 선도이다.
Claims (15)
- 공정 유체를 전달하기 위한 펌프 구동기 유닛으로서, 공통의 하우징(4)을 가지며, 상기 하우징은 축방향(A) 둘레로 회전가능한 임펠러(21)를 갖는 펌프(2) 및 펌프(2)를 위한 구동기(3)를 둘러싸며, 상기 펌프 구동기 유닛은, 상기 구동기(3)를 펌프(2)에 연결하여 상기 임펠러(21)를 구동시키는 축(5), 및 상기 축(5) 주위에 연장되어 있고 임펠러(21)와 구동기(3) 사이에 배치되어 있는 제한기(13)를 더 가지며, 상기 하우징(4)은 공정 유체를 위한 펌프 입구(22)와 펌프 출구(23)를 가지며, 배리어 유체용 입구(43)가 제공되어 있고, 배리어 유체가 상기 배리어 유체용 입구를 통해 구동기(3) 안으로 들어갈 수 있으며, 배리어 유체용 출구(44)가 제공되어 있고, 배리어 유체가 상기 배리어 유체용 출구를 통해 하우징(4)으로부터 배출될 수 있으며, 배리어 유체를 위한 복수의 저장 챔버(11)가 상기 제한기(13)와 구동기(3) 사이의 영역에서 상기 축(5)에 제공되어 있으며, 상기 저장 챔버(11)는 축방향(A)에 대해 서로 앞뒤에 배치되어 있고, 서로 인접하는 각각의 두 저장 챔버(11)는 서로 유동 연통하는, 펌프 구동기 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 저장 챔버(11) 각각은 축방향(A) 둘레의 환형 공간으로 되어 있는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
서로 인접하는 각각의 두 저장 챔버(11)는 제한기 틈(12)을 통해 유동 연통하고, 상기 축(5)은 상기 제한기 틈(12)의 경계면을 각각 형성하는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 3개, 최대 10개의 저장 챔버(11)를 갖는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 저장 챔버(11) 중의 적어도 하나는 상기 하우징(4)에 제공되어 있는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 저장 챔버(11) 중의 적어도 하나는 상기 축(5)에 제공되어 있는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
모든 저장 챔버(11)가 상기 하우징(4)에 제공되어 있는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배리어 유체용 출구(44) 및 배리어 유체용 입구(43)는 라인(91)을 통해 서로 유동 연통하여 배리어 유체를 위한 냉각 회로가 형성되고, 냉각 회로는 열교환기(9)를 포함하는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
배리어 유체를 보충하기 위한 주입 장치(92)가 제공되어 있는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 저장 챔버(11)의 총 부피는, 배리어 유체의 온도가 미리 정해질 수 있는 값만큼 감소되면 열적으로 유도되는 냉각 회로 내 배리어 유체의 부피 변화와 적어도 같고, 바람직하게는 그 부피 변화의 2배인, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 모든 저장 챔버(11)의 총 부피는, 상기 냉각 회로에서 베리어 유체에 이용가능한 부피의 적어도 0.5%, 최대 4%, 바람직하게는 최대 3%인, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징(4)은 바람직하게는 적어도 200 bar의 작동 압력을 위한 압력 하우징으로 되어 있는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
400℃ 이상의 온도를 갖는 공정 유체를 위해 구성되어 있는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 구동기(3)는 수직에 대해 펌프(2) 아래에 배치되거나 수평에 대해 펌프(2)의 옆에 배치되는, 펌프 구동기 유닛. - 공정 유체의 순환을 위한 에뷸레이팅(ebullating) 펌프로 되어 있는 펌프 구동기 유닛.
