Description
12 : 제 1 냉각 롤
13 : 제 2 냉각 롤
14 : 제 3 냉각 롤

Claims (4)
- 수지판으로 이루어지는 액정 디스플레이 보호판의 제조 방법으로서,
폴리카보네이트 수지층의 적어도 편면에 메타크릴 수지층이 적층된 열가소성 수지 적층체를 용융 상태로 T 다이로부터 압출하고,
제 1 냉각 롤과 제 2 냉각 롤 사이에 뱅크를 형성하면서 상기 열가소성 수지 적층체를 사이에 끼우고,
상기 열가소성 수지 적층체를 상기 제 2 냉각 롤에 감은 후, 제 3 냉각 롤에 감음으로써 냉각시키고,
그 후 상기 열가소성 수지 적층체를 인취 롤로 인취함으로써 상기 수지판을 형성하고,
그 후 상기 수지판을 50 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 1 분 이상 가열하는 공정을 거쳐, 상기 액정 디스플레이 보호판을 제조하고,
상기 액정 디스플레이 보호판의 면내 리타데이션값이 50 ∼ 210 ㎚ 이고,
가열하는 공정을 거치기 전의 상기 수지판의 면내 리타데이션값에 대한, 상기 액정 디스플레이 보호판의 면내 리타데이션값의 저하율이 5 % 이상인, 액정 디스플레이 보호판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 저하율이 15 % 이상인, 액정 디스플레이 보호판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 냉각 롤의 주속도를 V2, 제 3 냉각 롤의 주속도를 V3 으로 하였을 때, V3/V2 의 값이 1.000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 보호판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 냉각 롤의 주속도를 V2, 상기 인취 롤의 주속도를 V4 로 하였을 때, V4/V2 의 값이 1.000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 보호판의 제조 방법.
