Claims (13)
- 어레이 기판 위에 있는 유기발광 소자; 및
상기 유기발광 소자를 덮어 수분 또는 산소의 침투를 막는 봉지(encapsulation) 구조물을 포함하며,
상기 봉지 구조물은, 강자성제(ferromagnetic substance) 입자를 함유한 면 접착 부재(face seal adhesive) 및 상기 면 접착 부재를 사이에 두고 상기 어레이 기판과 대향하는 봉지 기판(encapsulation plate)을 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 면 접착 부재는, 수분흡습제를 포함한 수지(resin)로 구성된 제1 접착층 및 투명한 수지로 구성된 제2 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 강자성체 입자는 상기 제1 접착층에 함유된 유기발광 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착층은, 상기 봉지 기판과 접착되고,
상기 제2 접착층은 상기 유기발광 소자 상의 보호막 및 상기 유기발광 소자 주위의 어레이 기판과 접착된 유기발광 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 강자성체 입자는, 상기 제1 접착층의 두께의 80% 이하의 크기를 갖는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 강자성체 입자는, 상기 제1 접착층의 모서리 영역에 위치한 유기발광 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 강자성체 입자는, 상기 제1 접착층에 5% 내지 50% 중량비로 포함된 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 강자성체 입자는 철, 니켈 및 코발트 중 적어도 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어진 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지 기판은 비자성체(nonmagnetic substance)인 유기발광 표시장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지 기판은 금속인 유기발광 표시장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 강자성체 입자는, 상기 봉지 기판에 상기 면 접착 부재가 부착된 상태에서 수행되는 공정에서, 자석을 포함한 작업대에 상기 봉지 기판을 고정시키도록 구비된 유기발광 표시장치. - 유기발광 소자로의 투습을 막는 다층 구조의 면 접착(face seal adhesive) 필름으로서,
수분 흡착제 및 강자성체 입자를 포함하는 경화성 수지로 이루어진 제1 층; 및
투명한 경화성 수지로 이루어지며, 상기 제1 봉지층의 어느 한 면과 맞닿은 일 면을 갖는 제2 층;을 포함하는 면 접착 필름. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 강자성체 입자는, 상기 제1 층에 5% 내지 50% 중량비로 포함되며, 상기 제1 층의 모서리 영역에 배치된 면 접착 필름. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 강자성체 입자는 철, 니켈 및 코발트 중 적어도 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어진 면 접착 필름.
