Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 다수의 공기통과유로가 좌우로 관통 형성된 구조이면서 공기통과유로 입구 위치에서 그 상하면에 방전홀이 관통 형성된 구조의 집진체와, 집진체에 전기장을 형성하는 집진전극을 포함하는 집진부와; 상기 집진부의 공기통과유로 입구에 일체로 구성되어, 공기통과유로의 입구로 유입된 공기에 코로나 방전을 수행하는 방전부; 로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터를 제공한다.

Claims (7)
- 다수의 공기통과유로가 좌우로 관통 형성된 구조이면서 공기통과유로 입구 위치에서 그 상하면에 방전홀이 관통 형성된 구조의 집진체와, 집진체에 전기장을 형성하는 집진전극을 포함하는 집진부와;
상기 집진부의 공기통과유로 입구에 일체로 구성되어, 공기통과유로의 입구로 유입된 공기에 코로나 방전을 수행하는 방전부;
로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 집진체는 플라스틱 절연성 재질로 만들어진 것으로서, 공기통과유로의 내벽면이 먼지가 집진되는 포집면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 방전부는 방전홀의 하부 및 상부에 각각 적층 부착되는 동시에 방전홀을 통하여 서로 마주보는 상태가 되어, 공기통과유로의 입구로 유입된 공기에 코로나 방전을 수행하는 제1방전전극 및 제2방전전극으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제1방전전극에 전압발생부의 (+)극이 연결되고, 제2방전전극에는 전압발생부의 (-)극이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제2방전전극에는 제1방전전극으로부터 전압 방전이 이루어지는 방전 팁이 인쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 집진전극은 집진체의 하면 및 상면에 각각 적층 부착되어, 코로나 방전에 의하여 음이온화된 먼지를 전기장에 의하여 공기통과유로의 벽면에 집진시키는 제1집진전극 및 제2집진전극으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제1집진전극에 전압발생부의 (+)극이 연결되고, 제2집진전극에는 전압발생부의 (-)극이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 집진필터.
