Abstract
(해결수단)배양용기는, 용기본체(3)와, 막상부재(31)를 구비하고 있다. 용기본체(3)는, 세포배양액(C)을 수용하기 위한 복수의 마이크로웰(17a)이 바닥부(17)에 형성된 오목부(7)를 구비한다. 막상부재(31)는, 오목부(7) 내에서 복수의 마이크로웰(17a)의 상방에 배치되고, 마이크로웰(17a) 내에서 성장한 스페로이드(S)가 당해 마이크로웰(17a)로부터 이탈하지 않도록 이동을 제한하기 위한 부재이다.

Claims (7)
- 배양액(培養液)을 수용하기 위한 복수의 마이크로웰(microwell)이 바닥면에 형성된 오목부를 구비하는 용기본체(容器本體)와,
상기 오목부 내에서 상기 복수의 마이크로웰의 상방에 배치되고, 상기 마이크로웰 내에서 성장(成長)한 것이 상기 마이크로웰로부터 이탈하지 않도록 이동을 제한하기 위한 막상부재(膜狀部材)를
구비한 배양용기(培養容器).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 막상부재는, 상기 배양액이 통과할 수 있는 형상 또는 성질을 구비하고 있는 배양용기.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 막상부재는 메쉬구조(mesh構造)를 구비하고 있는 배양용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 막상부재의 하면에는 세포 비접착처리(細胞 非接着處理)가 실시되어 있는 배양용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 막상부재는 가용성(可溶性)인 배양용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 오목부 내에 삽입 가능하고, 상기 막상부재가 바닥부에 설치된 통상부재(筒狀部材)를 더 구비하고 있는 배양용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바닥면과 상기 막상부재의 하면의 사이에는 간극이 확보되어 있고, 그것에 의하여 상기 배양액이 각 마이크로웰의 내외(內外)에서 이동할 수 있는 배양용기.
