Claims (3)
- 제 1 금속과 상기 제 1 금속과는 다른 종류의 제 2 금속이 접합된 평형(平形) 도체의 양면으로부터 절연 수지 필름이 맞붙여진 리드 부재를 갖는 전지에 있어서,
상기 평형 도체는 주표면인 제 1 면과, 상기 제 1 면의 이면인 제 2 면과, 상기 제 1 면 및 상기 제 2 면의 사방을 둘러싸는 측면을 구비하고, 상기 제 1 금속과 상기 제 2 금속의 이음매는 상기 제 1 면 및 상기 제 2 면에서 직선이고, 상기 제 1 면 또는 상기 제 2 면 상의 상기 이음매와 평행인 방향을 폭 방향이라 하고, 상기 제 1 면 또는 상기 제 2 면 상에서 상기 폭 방향과 수직인 방향을 길이 방향이라 했을 때에, 상기 제 1 면의 이음매와 상기 제 2 면의 이음매는 상기 평형 도체의 상기 길이 방향의 적어도 일방의 단부로부터 동일한 거리에 배치되고, 상기 측면 중 상기 이음매를 포함하는 두 면의 각각에서, 상기 이음매는 톱니 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 절연 수지 필름은 상기 길이 방향에서 상기 평형 도체의 양단부가 노출되며, 상기 폭 방향에서 적어도 상기 제 1 금속을 덮고 외측으로 불거져 나오도록 배치되며, 상기 절연 수지 필름의 외측으로 불거져 나온 부분이 서로 맞붙여져 있고,
상기 이음매는, 상기 절연 수지 필름의 내측에 있고,
발전 소자가 포재 내에 수용되고, 상기 리드 부재가 상기 발전 소자의 전극과 접속되고, 상기 제 2 금속과 상기 절연 수지 필름의 상기 길이 방향의 일단이 상기 포재의 외측에 배치되고, 상기 제 1 금속과 상기 절연 수지 필름의 상기 길이 방향의 타단이 상기 포재의 내측에 배치되어 있고,
상기 제 1 면의 이음매 및 상기 제 2 면의 이음매는 상기 절연 수지 필름의 상기 길이 방향의 중심을 통과하며 상기 폭 방향에 평행하게 배치되는
전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이음매는, 상기 절연 수지 필름의 상기 이음매측의 단부로부터 2㎜ 이내인 위치에 있는
전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이음매는 상기 절연 수지 필름의 상기 폭 방향에 따른 중심선으로부터 1㎜ 이내의 위치에 있는
