도 2는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄저균 특이 용균 단백질 B4의 탄저균 대상 용균 활성을 보여주는 평판 접시 사진이다.
도 3은 Bacillus anthracis ATCC 14578을 대상으로 한 혼탁도 감소 분석법 (turbidity reduction assay) 결과이다.
도 4는 Bacillus anthracis delta-Sterne을 대상으로 한 혼탁도 감소 분석법 (turbidity reduction assay) 결과이다.

Claims (5)
- 탄저균(Bacillus anthracis) 특이적 용균 활성을 갖고, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄저균 특이 용균 단백질 B4.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄저균 특이 용균 단백질 B4은 262개의 아미노산으로 구성되며, 분자량이 27.9 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄저균 특이 용균 단백질 B4.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄저균 특이 용균 단백질 B4는 Escherichia coli BL21-pBAD-B4(수탁번호 KCTC 12709BP)로부터 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄저균 특이 용균 단백질 B4.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 탄저균 특이 용균 단백질 B4를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄저균 감염 처치용 약학적 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 항생제, 소독제, 살균제 및 치료제 용도로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄저균 감염 처치용 약학적 조성물.
