Abstract
본 발명에 따른 극저온 액화가스 저장용기는 저장용기에 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱을 적용함으로써 강(steel)을 사용하는 종래의 용기에 비하여 중량을 크게 감소시키고 단열효과가 우수하여 경량화가 요구되는 다양한 분야의 액화가스 저장용기로 활용할 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 액화가스 저장용기의 (a) 판(plate)상의 지지부 및 (b) 봉(bar)상의 지지부를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 액화가스 저장용기 및 차단캡의 이미지이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 극저온 액화가스 저장용기의 내부 쉘의 구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (10)
- 액화가스가 내부에 저장되는 내부 쉘;
상기 내부 쉘과의 사이에 공간이 형성되도록 상기 내부 쉘의 외부를 감싸는 외부 쉘;
상기 내부 쉘과 상기 외부 쉘을 지지하여 형상을 유지하도록 상기 내부 쉘과 외부 쉘 사이의 공간에 설치되는 복수개의 지지부; 및
상기 내부 쉘과 상기 외부 쉘 사이의 공간에 설치되어 열전달을 차단하는 단열부;
상기 외부 쉘을 관통하여 상기 내부 쉘을 외부와 교통시키는 유출입부; 및
상기 유출입부에 착탈식으로 결합되어 상기 내부 쉘의 액화가스의 유출을 차단하는 차단캡;을 포함하며,
상기 내부 쉘, 외부 쉘 및 지지부는 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱(carbon fiber reinforced plastic, CFRP)을 포함하는 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 쉘은 -150 ℃ 이하의 온도를 견디는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지부는 상기 내부 쉘과 상기 외부 쉘 사이의 측면에서 상하방향으로 일정 간격으로 설치되는 판(plate)상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지부는 상기 내부 쉘과 상기 외부 쉘 사이의 측면 둘레를 따라 일정 간격으로 설치되는 봉(rod)상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단열부는 진공 분위기로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단열부는 단열부재가 내부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 쉘 및 외부 쉘의 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱은 저장 용기를 기준으로 탄소섬유를 종방향, 사선방향 또는 횡방향으로 반복 적층하여 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 외부 쉘은 상기 내부 쉘과 동일한 형태의 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차단캡은 복수 개의 홀이 형성되고, 상기 홀을 통해 배관 및 밸브가 연결되어 액화가스를 충전 및 배출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 저장용기. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액화가스 저장용기를 연료탱크로 포함하는 수송기기.
