Abstract

Claims (3)
- 금속띠의 적어도 한쪽 면에 열가소성 수지조성물 성형체와 접합될 수 있는 도막이 형성되어 있는 도장 금속띠의 제조 방법으로서,
금속띠를 주행시키는 공정과,
주행하는 상기 금속띠의 표면 온도가 60℃ 이하인 상태에서, 주행하는 상기 금속띠상에 폴리카보네이트 유닛 함유 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함하고, 또한 5 질량% 이상의 불휘발 성분을 포함한 도료를 도포하는 공정과,
주행하는 상기 금속띠에 도포된 상기 도료를 80~250℃에서 열처리하여, 주행하는 상기 금속띠상에 막두께가 0.3μm 이상인 도막을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 도막이 형성된 주행하는 상기 금속띠를 표면 온도가 80℃ 이하가 될 때까지 냉각하는 공정과,
상기 도막이 형성된 후에 냉각된 주행하는 상기 금속띠를 권취하는 공정을 가지고,
상기 도막중의 수지 합계 질량에 대한 폴리카보네이트 유닛의 비율이 10~80 질량%인, 도장 금속띠의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도료는, Ti, Zr, V, Mo 및 W로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 금속의 산화물 또는 불화물, 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는, 도장 금속띠의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도료는, 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 페놀계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 이들의 공중합체, 및 이들의 변성물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 폴리카보네이트 유닛 비함유 수지를 더 포함하는, 도장 금속띠의 제조 방법.
