Claims (5)
- 중량%로 탄소(C): 0.04~0.05%, 실리콘(Si):0. 49~0.57%, 망간(Mn): 1.56~1.75%, 인(P): 0.011~0.013, 황(S) 0.006~0.011% 및 불가피한 불순물과,
구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 크롬(Cr), 몰리브덴(Mo), 바나듐(V)을 포함하는 1군으로부터 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하는 용착금속 합금성분을 포함하고,
수평자세 대용착 고입열 용접 시 용용쇳물의 선행을 방지하기 위해 용융 쇳물의 점성 증가와 동시에 용접비드의 처짐을 방지하는 고융점 슬래그 생성 성분을 포함하는 수평 자세 대용착 용접재료. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구리(Cu)는 0.01~0.02%, 상기 니켈(Ni)은 O.01%, 상기 크롬(Cr)은 0.02~0.03%, 상기 몰리브덴(Mo)은 0.004~0.01%, 상기 바나듐(V)은 0.01~0.02%를 포함하는 수평 자세 대용착 용접재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 슬래그 생성 성분은 이산화 타이타늄(TiO2 ), 이산화 규소(SiO2 ), 산화나트륨(NaO), 산화칼륨(K2O), 이산화지르코늄(ZrO2), 산화알루미늄(Al203)를 포함하는 1군으로부터 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하는 수평 자세 대용착 용접재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어를 이용한 용접부는 충격 시험치 35J이상, 연신율은 22%이상인 수평 자세 대용착 용접재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어는 플러스 코어드 와이어인 수평자세 대용착 용접재료.
