Claims (5)
- 일방이 개방된 원통형의 플런저 수용공을 갖는 텐셔너 바디와, 상기 플런저 수용공에 접동 자재로 삽입되는 원통형의 플런저와, 상기 플런저 수용공과 플런저와의 사이에 형성되는 압유실에 신축 자재로 수납되어 플런저를 돌출 방향으로 부세하는 부세 수단을 구비하는 체인 텐셔너에 있어서,
상기 압유실에 유입되는 오일의 역류를 억제하는 체크 밸브 유닛과, 상기 압유실의 소정 이상의 고압으로 오일을 개방하는 제1 릴리프 밸브 유닛(relief valve unit) 및 제2 릴리프 밸브 유닛을 구비하고,
상기 제2 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 개변압(valve opening pressure)이, 상기 제1 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 개변압보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체크 밸브 유닛이, 상기 제1 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 밸브 요소로서 배치되고,
상기 제1 릴리프 밸브 유닛과 상기 체크 밸브 유닛이, 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 플런저가, 내부에 오일 공급공과 연통하는 저유실을 갖고,
상기 제1 릴리프 밸브 유닛이, 상기 저유실과 상기 압유실의 사이에 릴리프 밸브 시트부를 상기 압유실 측을 향하여 배치되고,
상기 제1 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 외주와 상기 플런저의 내면과의 사이에, 개방된 오일이 상기 저유실에 환류하는 오일 환류 유로가 형성되고,
상기 제2 릴리프 밸브 유닛이, 상기 플런저 수용공의 저부에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 오일 환류 유로가, 오일의 유량을 규제하는 오리피스부(orifice)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 플런저 수용공의 저부에는, 제2 릴리프 밸브 유닛의 개변시에 개방된 오일을 공급 측에 환류하는 저부 환류 유로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너.
