Claims (8)
- 코발트 촉매와 일산화탄소 존재 하에서, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 피리디닐다이아조아세테이트 유도체를 카보닐레이션 및 분자내 고리화 반응시켜 화학식 1의 피리도아이소퀴놀리논 유도체를 제조하는 방법:

[상기 화학식 1 및 2에서,
A 고리 및 B고리는 각각 독립적으로 (C6-20)방향족 고리 또는 (C3-C20)헤테로방향족 고리이고;
R1은 (C1-C20)알킬이고;
R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 (C1-C20)알킬, (C1-C20)알콕시, 할로(C1-C20)알킬, (C1-C20)알콕시카보닐, 할로겐, (C6-20)아릴, (C6-20)아릴(C1-C20)알킬, 시아노 또는 (C1-C20)알킬카보닐이거나, 상기 R2 및 R3는 각각 인접한 치환체와 서로 연결되어 융합고리 또는 다중 융합고리를 형성할 수 있고 상기 형성된 융합고리 또는 다중 융합고리의 -CH2-는 -C(=O)-로 치환되어 융합고리 또는 다중 융합고리 내에 케톤기를 형성할 수 있으며, 상기 융합고리 또는 다중 융합고리는 (C1-C20)알킬, (C1-C20)알콕시, 할로(C1-C20)알킬, (C6-20)아릴 및 (C6-20)아릴(C1-C20)알킬로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로 더 치환될 수 있고;
a 및 b는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수이다.] - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 코발트 촉매는 Co(OAc)2·4H2O [OAc = acetate], Co(acac)2 [acac = acetylacetonate], CoCl2·6H2O, CoBr2·xH2O, CoSO4·7H2O, Co(NO3)2·6H2O, Co(PPh3)2Cl2 및 Co2(CO)8에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 코발트 촉매는 상기 화학식 2의 피리디닐다이아조아세테이트 유도체 1 몰에 대해 0.01 내지 0.30 몰 범위로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반응은 테트라하이드로퓨란, 다이옥산, 아세토나이트릴 및 톨루엔으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 유기 용매 하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
R1은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 부틸이고; R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 부틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 프로폭시, 부톡시, 클로로, 플루오로, 브로모, 시아노, 트리플루오로메틸, 메톡시카보닐, 에톡시카보닐, 메틸카보닐, 에틸카보닐, 페닐, 바이페닐, 나프틸 또는 벤질이고; a 및 b는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
