- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서와 상기 기능부는 적층 형성되거나, 일체로 형성된 복합 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서는,
서로 이격되어 마련되며, 제 1 및 제 2 전극을 각각 구비하는 제 1 및 제 2 전극층과,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극층 사이에 마련된 압전층 또는 유전층을 포함하는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 압전층은 판 형상의 압전체가 폴리머 내에 복수 마련된 복합 소자.

- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 유전층은 적어도 하나의 기공이 수평 방향의 직경이 수직 방향의 직경보다 큰 복합 소자.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 유전층은 2 내지 20의 유전율을 갖는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 압전층 또는 유전층은 500㎛ 이하의 두께로 형성된 복합 소자.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극층의 상측, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극층 사이, 그리고 상기 제 2 전극층의 하측 중 적어도 하나에 마련된 절연층을 더 포함하는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극층 상에 각각 마련되며 서로 연결되는 제 1 및 제 2 연결 패턴을 더 포함하는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서는 상기 기능부를 인에이블시키는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기능부는,
상기 압력 센서의 일측에 마련된 압전 소자; 및
상기 압전 소자의 일측에 마련된 진동판을 포함하는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 상기 압전 소자는 인가되는 신호에 따라 압전 진동 장치 또는 압전 음향 장치로 이용되는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기능부는 상기 압력 센서의 일측에 마련되며, 적어도 하나의 안테나 패턴을 각각 구비하는 NFC, WPC 및 MST 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기능부는 상기 압력 센서의 일면 상에 마련된 압전 소자와, 상기 압전 소자의 일면 상에 마련된 진동판과, 상기 압력 센서의 타면 또는 진동판의 일면 상에 마련된 NFC, WPC 및 MST 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 복합 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서와 전기적으로 연결되어 지문의 골과 마루에서 초음파 신호에 의해 생성되는 음향 임피던스 차이를 상기 압력 센서로부터 측정하여 지문을 감지하는 지문 감지부를 포함하는 복합 소자.
- 윈도우;
상기 윈도우를 통해 영상을 표시하는 표시부를 포함하고,
청구항 1 내지 청구항 23 중 어느 한 항 기재의 복합 소자를 구비하는 전자기기.
- 청구항 24에 있어서, 상기 복합 소자는 상기 표시부 하측에 마련된 적어도 하나의 제 1 복합 소자와, 상기 윈도우 하측에 마련된 적어도 하나의 제 2 복합 소자 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 전자기기.
- 청구항 24에 있어서, 상기 윈도우와 상기 표시부 사이에 마련된 터치 센서를 더 포함하는 전자기기.
- 청구항 24에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극층의 상측, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극층 사이, 그리고 상기 제 2 전극층의 하측 중 적어도 하나에 마련된 브라켓을 더 포함하는 전자기기.
- 청구항 27에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극층의 어느 하나의 적어도 일부가 상기 브라켓 상에 형성된 전자기기.
