Claims (14)
- 회전 요소 또는 요소들(1, 1') 상의 기준 마크들(9, 9')의 통행을 감지하도록 제1 센서(3)와 제2 센서(4)가 배치되어 있는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 회전 속도와 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 장치에 있어서,
- 상기 제1 센서(3)는 엔진의 크랭크샤프트 플라이휠(1) 상의 기준 마크들(9)의 통행을 감지하도록 배치되어 있는 고정밀 센서이고,
- 제2 센서(4)는 엔진의 캠 샤프트와 관련된 휠(1') 상의 기준 마크들 또는 크랭크샤프트 플라이휠(1) 상의 기준 마크들(9, 9')의 통행을 감지하도록 배치되어 있는 저속 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 회전 속도와 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 센서가 전자기 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 회전 속도와 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제2 센서가 홀 효과 센서 또는 자기저항 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 회전 속도와 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 센서(3)와 제2 센서(4)가, 신호들을 연료 분사 시스템으로 송신하도록 배치되어 있는 제어 유닛(100)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 회전 속도와 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 제1 센서(3)와 제2 센서(4)가 상호 지정된 간격(5)으로 캐리어 부재(2) 위에 사전-설치되어 있고,
- 제1 센서(3) 및 제2 센서(4)와 함께 캐리어 부재(2)가 플라이휠(1)과 관련하여 선택된 위치에서 일체형 유닛(10)으로 설치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 회전 속도와 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
기준 마크들(9, 9')이 리세스 또는 돌출부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 회전 속도와 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 장치. - 제1 센서(3)와 제2 센서(4)가 회전 요소 또는 요소들(1, 1') 상의 기준 마크들(9, 9')의 통행을 감지하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법에 있어서,
- 상기 제1 센서(3)는 엔진의 크랭크샤프트 플라이휠(1) 상의 기준 마크들(9)의 통행을 감지하도록 배치되어 있는 고정밀 센서이고,
- 제2 센서(4)는 엔진의 캠 샤프트와 관련된 휠(1') 상의 기준 마크들 또는 크랭크샤프트 플라이휠(1) 상의 기준 마크들(9, 9')의 통행을 감지하도록 배치되어 있는 저속 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
밸브 제어를 위한 캠 샤프트에 연결되어 있는 휠(1') 상의 기준 마크들(9')이 제2 센서(4)에 의해 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
플라이휠(1) 상의 기준 마크들(9)도 제2 센서(4)에 의해 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법. - 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 센서(3)가 기준 마크들(9)을 전자기 방식으로 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법. - 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제2 센서(4)가 기준 마크들(9, 9')을 홀 효과를 통해 또는 자기저항 효과를 통해 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법. - 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 센서(3) 및 제2 센서(4)에서 나온 신호들이, 연료 분사의 동기화를 위해 연료 분사 시스템으로 신호를 송신하는 제어 유닛(100)으로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법. - 제9항 및 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항 및 제9항을 인용하는 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 제1 센서(3)와 제2 센서(4)가 캐리어 부재(2) 위에 상호 정해진 간격(5)으로 사전-설치되는 단계, 및
- 제1 및 제2 센서(3, 4)와 함께 캐리어 부재(2)를 플라이휠(1)과 관련된 선택된 위치에서 일체형 유닛(10)으로 설치되는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 4 행정 엔진에서 크랭크샤프트 위치를 검출하고 모니터링 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 포함하는 차량.
