Abstract
이에 따라, 두 척의 선체 사이에 진공 무어링을 적용하여 온데크 무어링 장비의 배제로 최적의 온데크 정렬 상태를 구현하면서 무어링 작업 시간을 줄이고 무어링 효율 및 안전성을 향상하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 부유 해상 생산설비(10)와 운반선(20) 간의 무어링 장치에 있어서:
선체에 밀착되어 진공압에 의한 흡착력을 유지하는 흡착대(30);
상기 흡착대(30)에 도관(42)으로 연결되어 진공압을 형성하는 진공발생기(40); 및
상기 흡착대(30)의 진공압 유지 상태를 감시하고 변동하는 제어기(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 무어링용 진공 무어링 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 흡착대(30)는 대향하는 선체에 접촉된 상태에서 충격을 흡수하도록 중앙에 에어펜더(32)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 무어링용 진공 무어링 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 흡착대(30)는 대향하는 선체에 접촉된 상태에서 상대운동을 허용하도록 다수의 유연이음체(35)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 무어링용 진공 무어링 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 진공발생기(40)는 흡착대(30)의 진공압 유지와 단속을 위한 개폐밸브(46)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 무어링용 진공 무어링 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어기(50)는 흡착대(30)의 진공압을 검출하는 진공압센서(52), 풍속의 변동을 검출하는 풍속센서(54), 검출된 신호의 변동과 제어 상태를 화면으로 출력하는 디스플레이(56)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 무어링용 진공 무어링 장치.
