Abstract
본 발명에 따른 포크레인용 버킷은 버킷본체(10)에, 버킷본체(10)에 비해 폭이 좁은 굴삭패널(30)이 구비되어, 상기 굴삭패널(30)이 상기 지지케이스(13)의 내부로 삽입되도록 후퇴시킨 사태에서, 상기 버킷본체(10)를 이용하여 넓은 도랑을 파거나 흙을 퍼내는 작업을 할 수 있으며, 상기 굴삭패널(30)이 돌출되도록 한 상태에서 상기 굴삭패널(30)을 이용하여 폭이 좁은 도랑을 파낼 수 있다.
따라서, 넓은 도랑을 파거나 흙을 퍼내는 작업과, 좁은 도랑을 파는 작업을 번갈아 가면서 하기 위해 버킷을 교체할 필요가 없음으로, 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (4)
- 전면이 개방된 통형상으로 구성된 버킷본체(10)와, 상기 버킷본체(10)의 상측에 구비되어 포크레인의 아암(A)에 탈착가능하게 결합되는 브라켓(20)을 포함하는 포크레인용 버킷에 있어서,
상기 버킷본체(10)에 비해 폭이 좁은 패널형태로 구성되어 상기 버킷본체(10)에 출물가능하게 결합된 굴삭패널(30)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포크레인용 버킷.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 버킷본체(10)는
전후방향으로 연장된 수평연장부(11a)와 상기 수평연장부(11a)의 후방에서 상측 전방으로 연장된 상향연장부(11b)를 갖도록 구성된 지지판(11)과,
상기 지지판(11)의 양측을 막는 한 쌍의 측판(12)과, 상기 수평연장부(11a)의 상면에 전후방으로 연장되도록 구비되며 전면에는 개구부(13a)가 형성된 지지케이스(13)를 포함하며,
상기 굴삭패널(30)은 상기 지지케이스(13)의 내부에 상기 개구부(13a)를 통해 전방으로 출몰되도록 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 포크레인용 버킷.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 지지케이스(13)의 내부에 구비되며 상기 굴삭패널(30)에 연결되어 굴삭패널(30)이 출몰되도록 하는 유압실린더(40)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포크레인용 버킷.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 지지케이스(13)의 후측 상면에서 상측으로 연장되도록 구비되어 상기 버킷본체(10)의 내부 후측에 공간부(14a)를 형성하는 연장케이스(14)를 더 포함하며,
상기 지지케이스(13)의 후측 상면에는 상기 공간부(14a)와 지지케이스(13)의 내부공간을 연결하는 연통공(13b)이 형성되고,
상기 버킷본체(10)의 상측면에는 상기 공간부(14a)와 연결되는 관통공(14b)이 형성되며,
상기 유압실린더(40)에 연결되는 유압포스(41)는 상기 연통공(13b)과 관통공(14b)을 통해 상기 버킷본체(10)의 외측으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포크레인용 버킷.
