도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 체크밸브가 모듈레이터블록에 조립되는 상태를 나타내는 분해 사시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 유입유로 및 배출유로를 갖는 모듈레이터블록의 보어에 설치되어 오일의 일방향 흐름을 제어하는 체크밸브에 있어서,
상기 보어에 설치되고 상기 유입유로 및 배출유로와 각각 연통하는 유입구와 배출구를 가지며 상부가 개방된 밸브하우징;
상기 밸브하우징 내에 설치되며 오리피스가 형성된 시트부재;
상기 밸브하우징 내에서 진퇴하도록 마련되어 상기 오리피스를 개폐하는 개폐부재;
상기 밸브하우징 내에 설치되어 상기 개폐부재의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드부재;
상기 개폐부재를 오리피스 쪽으로 가압하는 스프링; 및
상기 밸브하우징의 개방된 상부를 밀폐시키며 모듈레이터블록에 고정되는 마개부재;를 포함하는 체크밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브하우징은 상기 시트부재의 하단부를 지지하기 위한 단차부가 형성되고,
상기 단차부는 유입구와 배출구 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드부재는 중심이 관통되어 형성된 가이드홀을 갖추고,
상기 가이드홀은 상기 개폐부재의 직경 보다 큰 직경을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가이드홀은 상기 개폐부재를 가이드하는 대경부와 상기 개폐부재 보다 작은 직경을 갖는 소경부를 갖도록 마련되고,
상기 개폐부재는 상기 소경부에 의해 이동범위가 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가이드부재의 둘레에는 상기 개폐부재가 상기 오리피스를 개방시 상기 가이드홀을 통해 상기 배출구와 연통하도록 복수의 연통홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 체크밸브는 하나의 조립체로서 마련되고,
상기 시트부재, 개폐부재, 가이드부재 및 스프링은 요구되는 오일의 통과 유량에 따라 선택적으로 교체 가능하게 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 시트부재의 오리피스 직경과, 개폐부재의 직경과, 가이드부재의 가이드홀 직경 및 스프링의 크기는 상기 체크밸브의 사용용도 및 설치위치에 따라 선택적으로 변경되어 요구되는 오일의 유량의 흐름을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개폐부재는 구체형상의 볼로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드부재는 사출 성형에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시트부재는 단조 공법에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
