Claims (4)
- 산소보다 질소를 우선적으로 흡착하는 흡착재를 충전한 흡착통과, 그 흡착통에 가압 공기를 공급하는 컴프레서와, 그 흡착통에 가압 공기를 공급하여 가압 공기 중의 질소를 흡착하고 미흡착된 산소를 생성하는 흡착 공정과, 그 흡착통을 감압 퍼지하고 질소를 탈착하여 흡착재를 재생하는 탈착 공정, 흡착 공정 종료 후의 흡착통과 탈착 공정 종료 후의 흡착통끼리를 접속하여 양통을 균압하는 균압 공정을 일정 타이밍으로 반복하기 위하여, 그 컴프레서와 그 흡착통, 그 흡착통과 탈착 가스를 계 외로 배기하는 배기관 사이의 유로를 전환하는 유로 전환 밸브, 그 흡착통 사이를 연결하는 균압로에 구비한 균압 밸브를 구비하고, 산소 농축 가스를 생성하는 산소 농축 장치에 있어서, 그 균압로를 흐르는 가스의 일방의 흐름의 압력 손실과 반대 방향의 흐름의 압력 손실이 동등해지도록, 그 균압 밸브의 적어도 일단측에, 흐름 방향에 의해 압력 손실의 차를 갖는 압력 제어 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 농축 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
그 압력 제어 부재가, 흐름 방향에 의해 압손차를 갖는 오리피스 구조체 혹은 배관 부재인, 산소 농축 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
그 균압 밸브의 양단에 균압 밸브측에 접속하는 오리피스판 및 배관 접속부를 구비한 원통 부재를 갖는 오리피스 구조체를 구비하고, 그 균압 밸브의 입측의 오리피스 구조체가, 오리피스판의 원통 부재측이 오리피스를 오목부로 하는 원추 형상의 테이퍼 부위를 구비하고, 균압 밸브의 출측의 오리피스 구조체가, 오리피스판의 원통 부재측이 평면 형상 부재인 구조체의 조합으로 이루어지는, 산소 농축 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
그 균압로를 흐르는 가스의 일방의 흐름의 압력 손실과 반대 방향의 흐름의 압력 손실의 차가 5 ㎪ 이하인, 산소 농축 장치.
