Claims (13)
- 하기의 단계들을 포함하는 그래핀 제조 공정:
a) 박리를 생성하기에 충분한 700℃ 이하의 온도 및 불활성 분위기 하에서 그래파이트 옥사이드를 플래시 열 처리하는 단계;
b) 90℃ 아래에서 이전 단계에서 얻어진 물질을 냉각하는 단계; 및
c) 단계 a)에서의 온도보다 높은 온도 및 불활성 분위기 하에서 이전 단계로부터 결과된 물질을 가열하는 단계로서, 가열 속도는 1 내지 15℃/분인 단계. - 제1항에 있어서, 가열 램프는 2 내지 10℃/분인 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 단계 b)에서 40℃ 미만의 온도에서 냉각되는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하기의 단계들을 포함하는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정:
a) 박리를 생성하기에 충분한 90℃ 내지 700℃ 이하의 온도 및 불활성 분위기 하에서 그래파이트 옥사이드를 플래시 열 처리하는 단계;
b) 40℃ 아래에서 이전 단계에서 얻어진 물질을 냉각하는 단계; 및
c) 700℃ 초과 및 3000℃ 이하의 그래핀 옥사이드 환원 온도 및 불활성 분위기 하에서 이전 단계에서 얻은 물질을 가열 속도 2 내지 10℃/분으로 가열하는 단계. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 플래시 열 처리는 90℃보다 높은 온도에서 수행되는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 플래시 열 처리는 300 내지 600℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 냉각은 실온으로의 하강으로 수행되는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단계 c)는 800℃ 내지 2800℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단계 c)는 400℃ 내지 1200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 그래파이트 옥사이드는 산화에 의하여 그래파이트로부터 제조되는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서, 그래파이트는 흑연화에 의하여 코크스로부터 얻어지는 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 반응기 부피/그래핀 양 (mass)은 20-100 cm3/g인 것인 그래핀 제조 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 공정에 의하여 수득 가능한 그래핀.
