Claims (4)
- 유압에 의해 가동하는 사출 유닛 및 사출 성형형 유닛을 구비하고, 사출 성형에 의해 프리폼을 형성하는 사출 성형부와,
유압에 의해 가동하는 블로우 성형형 유닛을 구비하고, 상기 프리폼을 블로우 성형하는 블로우 성형부를 가지는 사출 블로우 성형 장치로서,
회전수의 제어가 가능한 구동 모터와 유압 펌프로 이루어지는 유압 구동원을 가지고, 상기 사출 성형형 유닛이 구비하는 사출형 구동부에 오일 탱크로부터 오일을 공급하는 제1의 오일 공급부를 구비함과 아울러,
회전수의 제어가 가능한 구동 모터와 유압 펌프로 이루어지는 유압 구동원을 가지고, 상기 블로우 성형형 유닛이 구비하는 블로우형 구동부에 상기 오일 탱크로부터 오일을 공급하는 제2의 오일 공급부를 상기 제1의 오일 공급부와는 독립하여 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 블로우 성형 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
회전수의 제어가 가능한 구동 모터와 유압 펌프로 이루어지는 유압 구동원을 가지고, 상기 사출 유닛이 구비하는 사출 구동부에 상기 오일 탱크로부터 오일을 공급하는 제3의 오일 공급부를 구비하고,
또한 상기 제1의 오일 공급부 및 상기 제2의 오일 공급부를 상기 제3의 오일 공급부와는 독립하여 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 블로우 성형 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구동 모터가, 서보 모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 블로우 성형 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 사출 성형형 유닛이, 상기 프리폼의 목부를 형성하기 위한 목형과, 상기 프리폼의 내형상을 형성하기 위한 사출 코어형과, 상기 프리폼의 몸통부의 외형상을 형성하기 위한 사출 캐비티형을 포함하는 사출 금형을 구비함과 아울러,
상기 사출형 구동부가, 상기 사출 금형을 개폐시키기 위한 개폐 구동부와, 상기 목형을 상기 사출 캐비티형에 대해서 승강시키는 승강 구동부와, 닫힌 상기 사출 금형을 조이는 형조임 구동부를 포함하고,
상기 제1의 오일 공급부가, 상기 개폐 구동부, 상기 승강 구동부 및 상기 형조임 구동부에 대해서 상기 오일 탱크로부터 오일을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 블로우 성형 장치.
