Abstract
Description
도 2는 200 ppm 물 및 실시예 4로부터 얻은 200 ppm의 농축물을 사용한 제트 연료의 DSC를 도시한다.
도 3A는 제트 연료, 적색으로 염색된 200ppm의 물 및 실시예 4로부터 얻은 200 ppm의 조성물을 함유하며 -17℃에서 대기로 통풍된 용기를 도시한다.
도 3B는 제트 연료, 적색으로 염색된 200ppm의 물 및 700 ppm의 DiEGME를 함유하며 -17℃에서 대기로 통풍된 용기를 도시한다.
도 4는 200 ppm 물, 500 ppm의 평지씨 메틸 에스테르 및 실시예 4로부터 얻은 200 ppm의 농축물을 사용한 제트 연료의 DSC에 대하여, 200 ppm 물 및 500 ppm 평지씨 메틸 에스테르를 사용한 제트 연료의 DSC를 대조한 것을 도시한다.
Claims (5)
- a) 50 ppm 미만의 물을 포함하는 특정 양의 액체 탄화수소 연료를 제공하는 단계;
b) 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인을 제공하는 단계;
c) 45 내지 4575 ppm의 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 1 내지 5 ppm의 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인을 액체 탄화수소 연료에 제공하는 양으로 상기 특정 양의 액체 탄화수소 연료에 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인을 부가하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 액체 탄화수소 연료에 상기 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인을 분산시키는 단계;를 포함하는,
액체 탄화수소 연료가 0 내지 -50℃ 범위의 온도로 냉각될 때, 액체 탄화수소 연료 중에서 1 ㎛를 초과하는 중량 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 얼음 입자의 형성을 감소시키거나 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인의 총량이 5000 ppm 이하의 물을 상기 액체 탄화수소에 분산시키기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인의 총량이 250 ppm 이하의 물을 상기 액체 탄화수소에 분산시키기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 c) 단계에서 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인이 45 내지 4575 ppm의 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 2 내지 5 ppm의 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인을 액체 탄화수소 연료에 제공하는 양으로 상기 특정 양의 액체 탄화수소 연료에 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 c) 단계에서 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인이 45 내지 4575 ppm의 적어도 하나의 (C6-C15) 알코올 에톡시레이트 및 2 내지 4 ppm의 적어도 하나의 (C8-C24)알킬 아미도 (C1-C6)알킬 베타인을 액체 탄화수소 연료에 제공하는 양으로 상기 특정 양의 액체 탄화수소 연료에 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
