Claims (10)
- 제1 전극, 세퍼레이터 및 제2 전극을 가지는 전극 조립체,
상기 전극 조립체를 수용하며, 상기 전극 조립체가 삽입되는 일측이 개방된 개구부를 케이스,
상기 케이스의 개구부에 고정 설치되어 있는 캡 조립체,
상기 케이스 전체를 감싸며 상기 캡 조립체를 향해서 돌출한 확장부를 가지는 제1 절연 부재, 그리고
상기 확장부와 접촉하며 상기 캡 조립체 위에 형성되어 있으며 코팅층인 제2 절연 부재
를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 제2 절연 부재의 끝단은 상기 확장부의 내면과 접촉하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 캡 플레이트는 벤트 부재를 포함하고, 상기 제2 절연 부재는 상기 벤트 부재를 노출하는 이차 전지. - 제3항에서,
상기 캡 플레이트는 상기 밴트 부재를 둘러싸는 둑을 더 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제4항에서,
상기 확장부의 끝단과 상기 둑의 끝단은 가상의 기준면과 접촉하는 이차 전지. - 제4항에서,
상기 둑은 상기 캡플레이트가 융기되어 형성되어 이루어지는 이차 전지 - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 절연 부재는 상기 케이스를 향하는 면에 열 또는 압력에 의하여 용융되어 상기 케이스에 밀착되는 열접합층이 형성되어 있는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 캡 플레이트 위에 위치하며, 상기 제1 전극과 제1 단자 연결 부재를 통해서 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 제1 전극 단자,
상기 캡 플레이트 위에 위치하며, 상기 제2 전극과 제2 단자 연결 부재를 통해서 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 제2 전극 단자,
상기 제2 전극 단자와 상기 케이스 사이에 위치하는 상부 절연 부재
를 더 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제8항에서,
상기 제2 절연 부재의 두께는 상기 상부 절연 부재의 두께 이하인 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 절연 부재는 한 장의 시트로 이루어지며, 상기 케이스의 측면에 상기 시트의 가장자리가 중첩하는 중첩부를 가지는 이차 전지.
