Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 인양 기구의 추가적인 실시예를 가지는 본 발명에 따른 크레인 시스템의 추가적인 실시예를 사시 측면도로 도시한다.
도 3은 도 2와 다른 작동 위치에서 본 발명에 따른 인양 기구의 실시예와 함께 도 2에 예시된 본 발명에 따른 크레인 시스템의 실시예를 도시한다.
도 4는 크레인 시스템을 생성하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 방법의 제1 실시예의 흐름도를 도시한다.
Claims (9)
- 외부 하우징(11) 상에 맨홀(20)을 가지는 가스 터빈(10)을 포함하는 크레인 시스템(100)이며, 상기 맨홀은 개방되었을 때 가스 터빈(10)의 고온 가스 부분으로 유지보수 접근 지점을 개방하도록 설계되고, 맨홀(20)은 체결 섹션(25)을 가지고, 크레인 시스템은 정합 체결 섹션(35)을 가지는 인양 기구(30)를 추가로 포함하며, 정합 체결 섹션은 인양 기구(30)가 상기 기구에 의해 인양될 중량 힘을 가스 터빈(10)의 외부 하우징(11)으로 도입시키는 방식으로 맨홀(20)의 체결 섹션(25)에 연결되는 크레인 시스템(100).
- 제1항에 있어서,
정합 체결 섹션(35)은 정합 플랜지로서 설계되고 정합 플랜지는 플랜지로서 설계된 체결 섹션(25)에 나사결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 시스템(100). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
맨홀(20)은 외부 하우징(11)의 정점에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 시스템(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
인양 기구(30)는 필러 크레인으로서 설계되고, 특히 정합 체결 섹션(35)은 필러 크레인의 필러(31)의 일 단부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 시스템(100). - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
인양 기구(30)는 특히 피봇 가능한 설계인 두 개 또는 적어도 두 개의 붐 아암(36, 37)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 시스템(100). - 제5항에 있어서,
붐 아암(36, 37) 중 적어도 하나는 다중 부분 설계로 이루어지며, 또한 개별적인 부분은 서로에 대해 피봇 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 시스템(100). - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
붐 아암(36, 37) 중 적어도 하나는 삽통식 아암으로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 시스템(100). - 인양 기구(30)이며, 특히 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 크레인 시스템에서 사용되도록 설계되며, 상기 인양 기구는 정합 체결 섹션(35)을 가지고 이 정합 체결 섹션은 인양 기구(30)가 정합 체결 섹션(35)을 통해서 체결 섹션(25)으로 상기 기구에 의해 인양될 중량 힘을 도입시킬 수 있는 방식으로 가스 터빈(10)의 맨홀(20)의 체결 섹션(25)에 연결되도록 설계되는 인양 기구.
- 크레인 시스템, 특히 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 크레인 시스템(100)을 생성하기 위한 방법이며,
- 가스 터빈(10)의 외부 하우징(11)의 맨홀(20)을 개방시키는 단계; 및
- 인양 기구(30)의 정합 체결 섹션(35)을 맨홀(20)의 체결 섹션(25)에 체결하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
