Claims (14)
- 이식형 디바이스에 있어서,
a) 제어 유닛,
b) 주위 신체 물질 내로 소리들을 선택적으로 방출하기 위해 상기 제어 유닛에 의해 제어되는 송신기로서, 상기 소리는 상기 이식형 디바이스의 캐리어에 대해 청취 가능한 신호들을 생성하고, 상기 방출된 소리는 임의의 청각 성분을 갖는 변조된 초음파 주파수들을 포함하고, 상기 변조된 초음파 주파수들을 포함하는 상기 방출된 소리는 상기 이식형 디바이스가 이식되는 신체 및 상기 이식형 디바이스의 상태 중 적어도 하나에 관한 정보를 코딩하는, 상기 송신기를 포함하고,
상기 송신기는 상기 이식형 디바이스의 캐리어의 두개골과 직접 접촉하여 이식되도록 구성되고, 상기 변조된 초음파 주파수들을 포함하는 상기 방출된 소리는 초음파 주파수 범위에서 상기 이식형 디바이스의 상태에 관한 인코딩된 정보를 포함하는, 이식형 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변조된 초음파 주파수들을 포함하는 상기 방출된 소리는 초음파 주파수 범위에서 상기 이식형 디바이스의 전력 공급 조건들에 관한 인코딩된 정보를 포함하는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이식형 디바이스는 뇌심부 자극 디바이스(Deep Brain Stimulation device)인, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방출된 소리는 청취 가능한 주파수들을 포함하는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변조된 초음파 주파수들은 20 kHz 내지 1 GHz 사이의 캐리어 주파수를 갖는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방출된 소리의 인코딩된 정보는 상이한 주파수들 및 일시적인 패턴들 중 적어도 하나의 사용을 포함하는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 송신기에 의한 소리의 방출은 사전 결정된 시간 슬롯들에 한정되는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이식형 디바이스는 주위 신체 물질로부터 소리를 수신하기 위한 수신기를 포함하는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 수신된 소리 내의 사전 규정된 코드들을 검출하도록 구성되는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 규정된 코드들은 뼈 상의 노킹 및 기침 중 적어도 하나로부터 기원하는 소리 패턴들에 대응하는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 규정된 코드들은 다른 이식형 디바이스로부터 기원하는 소리에 대응하는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 검출은 사전 규정된 시간 슬롯들에 제한되는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 시간 슬롯들은 상기 송신기에 의한 소리의 방출 후의 시간 간격을 포함하는, 이식형 디바이스.
- 이식형 디바이스로부터 상기 이식형 디바이스의 캐리어로 정보를 통신하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
송신기로부터 상기 이식형 디바이스를 둘러싸는 신체 물질 내로의 소리의 방출을 포함하고, 상기 소리는 상기 이식형 디바이스의 캐리어에 대해 청취 가능한 신호들을 생성하고 상기 방출된 소리는 임의의 청각 성분을 갖는 변조된 초음파 주파수들을 포함하고, 상기 변조된 초음파 주파수들을 포함하는 상기 방출된 소리는 상기 이식형 디바이스가 이식되는 신체 및 상기 이식형 디바이스의 상태 중 적어도 하나에 관한 정보를 코딩하고,
상기 송신기는 상기 이식형 디바이스의 캐리어의 두개골과 직접 접촉하여 이식되도록 구성되고, 상기 변조된 초음파 주파수들을 포함하는 상기 방출된 소리는 초음파 주파수 범위에서 상기 이식형 디바이스의 상태에 관한 인코딩된 정보를 포함하는, 이식형 디바이스로부터 그 캐리어로 정보를 통신하기 위한 방법.
