Claims (3)
- 하우징(10) 내부에 임펠러를 설치한 것을 포함하는 블록형 임펠러를 구비한 축류형 유체펌프에 있어서,
일측의 회전판 중앙부에 유입구(2)가 형성된 한쌍의 회전판(1)을 구비하고, 한쌍의 회전판(1) 사이에 복수개의 블록형 임펠러(3)를 설치하되,
블록형 임펠러(3)는 일면에 반구형상의 구배부(4)가 형성되고 타면에는 중간부(5)를 중심으로 양측으로 하향 경사지게 형성되는 제 1 경사면(6)과 제 2 경사면(7)이 형성되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 블록형 임펠러를 구비한 축류형 유체펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
구배부(4)는 구배부내측(4a)과 구배부외측(4b)으로 구분될 수 있고, 구배부내측(4a)에 비해 구배부외측(4b)이 더 유선형으로 곡면지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 블록형 임펠러를 구비한 축류형 유체펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
블록형 임펠러(3)들의 사이에는 제 1 경사면(6)과 구배부 내측(4a)의 사이에 내측에서 외측으로 갈수록 내경이 점진적으로 좁아지는 가속홀(8)이 형성되고,
가속홀(8)의 외측에는 제 2 경사면(7)과 구배부 외측(4b) 사이로 공간이 넓어지는 확개공간(9)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록형 임펠러를 구비한 축류형 유체펌프.
