도 2는 도 1에 도시된 미러 디스플레이 패널을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 1에 도시된 미러 디스플레이 패널의 배면 반사층의 다른 형태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 4a 및 도 4b는 도 2에 도시된 미러 디스플레이 패널의 투과 모드 및 미러 모드를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 미러 디스플레이 패널을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 6은 도 5에 도시된 미러 디스플레이 패널의 다른 형태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 7은 게이트 구동 회로를 가지는 본 발명의 제1 및 제2 실시 예에 따른 미러 디스플레이 패널을 나타내는 평면도이다.

Claims (8)
- 서로 대향하는 상부 및 하부 기판과;
상기 상부 및 하부 기판 중 어느 한 기판의 전면 상에 서로 교차하도록 배치된 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인과;
상기 상부 기판의 배면인 사용자의 시청면 상에 상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인과 중첩되도록 배치되는 배면 반사층을 구비하는 미러 디스플레이 패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하부 기판의 전면 상에 배치된 상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인과 중첩되도록 상기 상부 기판의 전면 상에 배치되는 블랙매트릭스와;
상기 블랙매트릭스에 의해 마련된 화소 영역에 위치되도록 상기 상부 기판 상에 배치되는 컬러 필터를 더 구비하는 미러 디스플레이 패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인이 배치된 상기 상부 기판의 전면 상에 위치하는 컬러 필터를 더 구비하는 미러 디스플레이 패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인이 배치된 상기 하부 기판의 전면 상에 위치하는 컬러 필터를 더 구비하는 미러 디스플레이 패널. - 제 2 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인과 접속된 박막트랜지스터와;
상기 박막트랜지스터와 접속된 화소 전극과;
상기 화소 전극과 전계를 이루는 공통 전극을 더 구비하며,
상기 배면 반사층은 상기 화소 전극 및 공통 전극 중 적어도 어느 하나와 중첩되는 미러 디스플레이 패널. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 화소 전극 및 공통 전극 중 적어도 어느 하나는 불투명 금속으로 이루어지며,
상기 배면 반사층은 상기 불투명 금속으로 이루어진 전극과 중첩되는 미러 디스플레이 패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 라인을 구동하도록 상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 기판 상에 배치되는 게이트 구동 회로를 더 구비하며,
상기 배면 반사층은 상기 게이트 구동 회로와 중첩되도록 배치되는 미러 디스플레이 패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배면 반사층은 MoTi, CuNx 및 Cr 중 적어도 어느 하나의 재질을 이용하여 단층 또는 복층 구조로 이루어지는 미러 디스플레이 패널.
