Abstract
본 발명은 상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 면상발열체를 이용한 배관 히팅 시스템은 전류가 공급되면 발열되고, 0.1 내지 3.0mm의 지름으로 구성되는 와이어를 망상으로 형성하는 면상발열체; 및 상기 면상발열체의 외부를 감싸는 단열재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)
- 전류가 공급되면 발열되고, 0.1 내지 3.0mm의 지름으로 구성되는 와이어를 망상으로 형성하는 면상발열체; 그리고,
상기 면상발열체의 외부를 감싸는 단열재;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 면상발열체는,
상기 면상발열체는,
전원이 공급되면 발열되고, 망상구조의 제 1와이어부;
상기 제 1와이어부 상에 도전성페이스트를 일정한 패턴으로 형성하는 패턴부; 그리고,
상기 제 1와이어부와 상기 패턴부에 전원을 공급하는 모듈부;를 포함하고,
상기 패턴부는 상기 제 1와이어부에 대해 상대적으로 전기저항계수를 낮게 형성되고, 상기 제 1와이어부에 대해 상기 패턴부를 통하여 신속하게 전기가 전체적으로 전달되어 상기 제 1와이어부에 의해 고르게 발열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체를 이용한 배관 히팅 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1와이어부는 스테인리스강으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체를 이용한 배관 히팅 시스템
