Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 섬유 물질 및 열가소성 결합제를 포함하는 조성물로서,
열가소성 결합제가 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 중합체 (A) 를 포함하고; 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 중합체 (A) 가 하기:
(i) 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올;
(ii) 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트; 및
(iii) 임의로는, 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (i) 과 상이한 하나 이상의 디올
의 반응 생성물을 포함하고;
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 (ii) 의 NCO 기 대 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (i) 및 상기 임의 함유 디올 (iii) 의 OH 기의 합계의 몰비가 1.00:1 미만이고;
상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (i) 이 하기를 포함하는 조성물:
(a) 용융점 (Tm) 이 40 내지 180 ℃ 인 하나 이상의 반결정질 폴리에스테르 폴리올; 및
(b) 하나 이상의 비결정질 폴리에스테르 폴리올. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 비결정질 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (b) 가 하기를 포함하는 조성물:
(b1) 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 이 750 g/mol 미만인 비결정질 폴리에스테르 폴리올; 및
(b2) 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 이 적어도 750 g/mol 인 비결정질 폴리에스테르 폴리올. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 중합체 (A) 의 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 이 5,000 내지 80,000 g/mol 인 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 중합체 (A) 가 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (i) 을 포함하고, 이는 오르토-프탈레이트를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열가소성 결합제 조성물이 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항에 정의된 2 개 이상의 상이한 열가소성 폴리우레탄 중합체 (A) 를 포함하고,
제 1 열가소성 폴리우레탄 중합체 (A1) 의 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 이 25,000 g/mol 미만이고;
제 2 열가소성 폴리우레탄 중합체 (A2) 의 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 이 적어도 25,000 g/mol 이고;
(A1) 대 (A2) 의 중량비가 바람직하게는 5:95 내지 95:5 인 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 디올 (iii) 이 적어도 1차 및 2차 OH 기를 포함하고/하거나 하나 이상의 디올 (iii) 이 2 개 이상의 1차 OH 기를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 결합제가 상기 열가소성 결합제의 총 중량을 기준으로 하기를 포함하는 조성물:
50 내지 99.9 wt.-% 의 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 (A); 및
0.1 내지 50 wt.-% 의 첨가제. - 제 7 항에 있어서, 첨가제가 안정화제, 접착 촉진제, 증점제, 충전제, 가소제 및 추가 열가소성 중합체 (이는 하나 이상의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 공중합체 (A) 와 상이함), 또는 이의 조합으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하기를 포함하는 조성물:
0.1 내지 40 wt.-% 의 열가소성 결합제; 및
60 내지 99.9 wt.-% 의 섬유 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유 물질이 유리 섬유, 합성 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 붕소 섬유, 세라믹 섬유, 금속 섬유, 천연 섬유, 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되는 섬유를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유 물질이 매트, 직조 패브릭, 부직조 패브릭, 주름을 잡지 않은 패브릭 (non-crimped fabric), 니트 패브릭, 플라이스 (plies) 또는 조방사 (roving) 의 형태인 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물에 의해 강화되는 경화된 열경화성 폴리우레탄 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 섬유-강화 복합물로서, 섬유가 상기 섬유-강화 복합물의 총 부피를 기준으로 30 부피% 초과의 비율로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유-강화 복합물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 경화된 열경화성 폴리우레탄 중합체 매트릭스가 하기를 포함하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지의 반응에 의해 수득될 수 있는 섬유-강화 복합물:
수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 이 3,000 g/mol 미만인 하나 이상의 폴리올 (I);
하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 (II);
여기서 상기 폴리올 (I) 의 OH 기 대 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 (II) 의 NCO 기의 몰비는, 2:1 내지 1:10, 바람직하게는 2:1 내지 1:5, 가장 바람직하게는 2:1 내지 1:2 임. - 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 따른 섬유-강화 복합물의 제조 방법:
1) 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 외부 몰드 (external mold) 를 제공하는 단계;
2) 압력 및/또는 진공 하에 상기 몰드에 2성분 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지를 도입하는 단계; 및
3) 140 ℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 60 내지 120 ℃ 의 온도에서 상기 조성물을 경화하는 단계. - 철도 차량, 자동차, 항공기, 보트, 우주선, 오토바이, 자전거, 운동 기구, 헬멧, 기능복, 신발, 다리 및 건물의 건축 부품 또는 풍력터빈 블레이드에서의, 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 따른 섬유-강화 복합물의 용도.
