Abstract
1) 23℃에서 ISO 1183에 따라 측정한, 0.930 내지 0.945 g/cm3의 밀도;
2) 10 내지 30 미만의 MIF/MIP 비;
3) 3 내지 25 g/10분의 MIF;
4) 1,500,000 g/mol 이상의 Mz;
5) 0.55 이하의 장쇄 분지 지수, LCBI;
여기에서, LCBI는 GPC-MALLS로 측정한, 측정 평균 제곱 회전 반경 Rg 대 동일한 분자량을 갖는 선형 PE에 대한 평균 제곱 회전 반경의 비이다.
Description
도 1은 본 명세서에 개시되는 다양한 실시형태의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 제조하기 위하여 본 명세서에 개시되는 에틸렌 중합방법의 다양한 실시형태에 따라 사용하기에 적합한 2개의 직렬로 연결된 기상 반응기의 간략한 공정 흐름도의 예시적 실시형태이다.

Claims (11)
- 하기 특징을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
1) 23℃에서 ISO 1183에 따라 측정한, 0.930 내지 0.945 g/cm3, 0.935 내지 0.942 g/cm3의 밀도;
2) MIF가 21.60 kg의 하중 하의 190℃에서의 용융 흐름 지수이고, MIP가 5 kg의 하중 하의 190℃에서의 용융 흐름 지수이며, 둘 다 ISO 1133에 따라 측정하였을 때, 10 내지 30 미만, 특히 15 내지 28의 MIF/MIP 비;
3) 3 내지 25 g/10분, 5 내지 20 g/10분, 더욱 5 내지 18 g/10분의 MIF;
4) GPC-MALLS(다각도 광산란법과 결합된 겔 투과 크로마토그래피)로 측정한, 1,500,000 g/mol 이상, 2,000,000 g/mol 이상의 Mz;
5) 1,000,000 g/mol의 분자량에서 0.55 이하, 0.50 이하의 장쇄 분지 지수 LCBI;
여기에서, LCBI는 GPC-MALLS로 측정한, 측정 평균 제곱 회전 반경 Rg 대 동일한 분자량을 갖는 선형 PE에 대한 평균 제곱 회전 반경의 비이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 300,000 g/mol 이상의 Mw 값을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체로 구성되거나 또는 하나 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지글러 나타 중합 촉매를 사용하여 수득 가능한 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지글러 나타 중합 촉매가 하기 a) 내지 c)의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
a) MgCl2 상에 담지된 Ti 화합물을 포함하는 고체 촉매 성분으로서, 상기 성분이 130 내지 150℃, 특히 135 내지 150℃의 온도에서, 선택적으로 비활성 매질의 존재 하에, 티타늄 화합물을 MgCl2, 또는 전구체 Mg 화합물과 접촉시켜 얻어지는 고체 촉매 성분;
b) 유기-Al 화합물; 및 선택적으로
c) 외부 전자 공여체 화합물. - 제1항에 있어서, 하기 추가적인 특징 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
- 20 내지 35의 Mw/Mn 값;
- MIP: 0.05 내지 1.5 g/10분;
- 0.9 이상, 특히 0.9 내지 2의 0.5 s-1, T = 150 ℃에서의 신장 경화;
- 0.9 이상, 특히 0.9 내지 2.5의 0.1 s-1, T = 150 ℃에서의 신장 경화;
- 조성물의 전체 중량에 대하여 8중량% 이하, 특히 3 내지 8중량%의 공단량체 함량. - 제1항에 있어서, 하기 A) 및 B)를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
A) 0.945 g/cm3 이상의 밀도 및 0.8 내지 10 g/10분의 ISO 1133에 따른 2.16 kg 하중 하의 190℃에서의 용융 흐름 지수 MIE를 갖는 40 내지 60중량%의 에틸렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체; 및
B) A)의 MIE 값보다 낮은 MIE 값, 0.5 g/10분 미만의 MIE 값을 갖는 40 내지 60중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체. - 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 포함하는 제조된 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단층 또는 다층 멤브레인의 형태이며, 여기에서 적어도 하나의 층이 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 포함하는 제조된 물품.
- 모든 중합 단계가 MgCl2 상에 담지된 지글러 나타 중합 촉매의 존재 하에 수행되는 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 임의의 상호 순서로 포함하는 방법:
a) 수소의 존재 하에 기체상 반응기에서 에틸렌을, 선택적으로 하나 이상의 공단량체와 함께, 중합하는 단계;
b) 단계 a)보다 적은 양의 수소의 존재 하에 다른 기상 반응기에서 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 공단량체를 공중합하는 단계;
여기에서, 상기 기체상 반응기 중 적어도 하나에서, 성장하는 중합체 입자가 빠른 유동화 또는 수송 조건 하에 제1 중합 구역을 통해 상향 흐르며, 상기 상승부를 떠난 후, 제2 중합 구역으로 들어가고, 상기 제2 중합 구역을 통해 이들이 중력의 작용 하에 하향 흐르며, 상기 제2 중합 구역을 떠난 후, 상기 제1 중합 구역 내로 다시 투입함으로써 상기 2개의 중합 구역 간에 중합체의 순환을 확립한다.
