Claims (16)
- 저 레인지 위치로부터 고 레인지 위치로의 시프트를 달성하기 위하여 하이브리드 파워트레인을 제어하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법으로, 하이브리드 파워트레인(3)이 내연 기관(4); 입력축(8)과 출력축(20)을 구비하는 기어박스(2); 출력축(20)에 연결되는 레인지 기어박스(11); 입력축(8)에 연결되는 제1 유성 기어 장치(10); 제1 유성 기어 장치(10)에 연결되는 제2 유성 기어 장치(12); 제1 유성 기어 장치(10)에 연결되는 제1 전기 기계(14); 제2 유성 기어 장치(12)에 연결되는 제2 전기 기계(16); 제1 유성 기어 장치(10) 및 출력축(20)과 연결되는 적어도 하나의 기어쌍(60, 72); 및 제2 유성 기어 장치(12) 및 출력축(20)과 연결되는 적어도 하나의 기어쌍(66, 78)을 포함하되, 내연 기관(4)이 입력축(8)을 거쳐 제1 유성 기어 장치(10)와 연결되는, 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법에 있어서,
a) 제1 유성 기어 장치(10) 내의 두 개의 회전 컴포넌트(22, 26, 50)를 연결하는 것에 의해 기어가 맞물리게 하는 단계;
b) 제2 유성 기어 장치(12) 및 출력축(20)과 연결되는 적어도 하나의 기어쌍(66, 78)을 연결하는 단계;
c) 중간축(18)과 레인지 기어박스(11) 사이에 배치되는 제6 기어쌍(G5, 125)을 중간축(18)과 연결함으로써, 중간축(18)이 레이지 기어박스(11)를 거쳐 출력축(20)과 연결되게 하는 단계;
d) 동기화 장치(130)를 이용하여 레인지 기어박스(11) 내의 두 개의 회전 컴포넌트(118, 114) 사이에 회전 속도를 동기화시키는 단계;
e) 시프트 가능한 제3 클러치 장치(128)를 거쳐 회전 컴포넌트들(118, 114)을 연결하는 단계; 및
f) 제2 유성 기어 장치(12) 내의 두 개의 회전 컴포넌트(28 32. 51)를 연결하는 것에 의해 기어가 맞물리게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
단계 e) 후에 그리고 단계 f) 전에,
g) 제2 유성 기어 장치(12) 내의 두 개의 회전 컴포넌트(28, 32, 51) 사이에서 회전 속도의 동기화가 이루어지도록 내연 기관(4)을 제어하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 d)와 단계 e)에서,
제3 클러치 장치(128)를 이용하여 연결되는 레인지 기어박스(11) 내의 두 개의 회전 컴포넌트(118, 114)가 제3 유성 기어 장치(10) 내의 제3 링 기어(118)와 제3 유성 휠 캐리어(114)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 a) 전에,
h) 레인지 기어박스(11) 내의 회전 컴포넌트(118)가 회전하는 것을 방지하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고,
단계 c) 후에 그리고 단계 d) 전에,
i) 레인지 기어박스(11) 내의 회전 컴포넌트(118)가 회전하게 하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
단계 h)에서 클러치 기구(96)를 이용하여 제1 유성 기어 장치(10)를 레인지 기어박스(11)로의 입력축(95)과 연결하고, 단계 i)에서 클러치 기구(96)를 이용하여 제1 유성 기어 장치(10)를 레인지 기어박스(11)로의 입력축(95)으로부터 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 있어서,
단계 i)와 단계 d) 중에, 제1 유성 기어 장치(10)와 레인지 기어박스(11)로의 입력축(95) 사이에 무토크 상태가 달성되고 이어서 제1 유성 기어 장치(10)가 클러치 기구(96)를 거쳐 레인지 기어박스(11)로의 입력축(95)으로부터 분리되도록, 내연 기관(4)과 제1 전기 기계(14) 및/또는 제2 전기 기계(16)가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
단계 i)와 단계 d) 중에, 제1 전기 기계(14)가 전력을 발생시켜서 전력을 발생시키지 않는 제2 전기 기계(16)를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 청구항 4 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 i)와 단계 d) 중에, 제2 전기 기계(16)를 거쳐 토크가 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 c)에서 중간축(18)과 중간축(18) 상에 배치된 제6 기어쌍(G5, 125) 내의 제7 코그휠(120) 사이에서 회전 속도가 제2 전기 기계(16)에 의해 동기화되는 것에 의해 제6 기어쌍(G5, 125)이 중간축(18)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 파워트레인 제어 방법. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
