도 1은, 본 발명의 일 실시예인 원웨이 클러치의 전체 구조를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 2는, 도 1의 래칫 기구의 확대도이다.
도 3은, 도 2의 스프링 시트의 형상을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 4는, 본 발명의 다른 실시예인 래칫 기구의 구조를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (3)
- 회전 축심 둘레에 배치되어 있는 제 1 부재(12)와,
상기 회전 축심 둘레에서, 상기 제 1 부재의 외주를 둘러싸도록 배치되어 있는 제 2 부재(14)와,
상기 제 1 부재와 상기 제 2 부재와의 사이에 설치되는 래칫 기구(16)를, 구비하여 구성되는 원웨이 클러치로서,
상기 래칫 기구는, 당해 제 1 부재와 당해 제 2 부재와의 상대 회전을, 일방향으로 허용하고, 역방향으로 저지하도록 구성되고,
상기 래칫 기구는,
상기 제 1 부재 또는 상기 제 2 부재 중 어느 한쪽의 부재에 설치되어 있는 폴(20)과,
상기 폴과 상기 일방의 부재와의 사이에 설치되어 있는 스프링(22)과,
상기 스프링을 지지하는 스프링 시트(24)를 포함하고,
상기 폴은 타방의 부재를 향하여 요동하도록 구성되어 있으며,
상기 스프링은 상기 폴을 상기 타방의 부재를 향하여 밀어 붙임으로써, 상기 폴을 상기 타방의 부재를 향하여 요동시키도록 구성되어 있으며,
상기 스프링은 상기 스프링 시트를 개재하여, 상기 일방의 부재에 장착되도록 구성되어 있으며,
상기 스프링 시트는,
상기 스프링의 일단을 받는 평면 형상을 갖는 평면부(28)와,
상기 평면부로부터 상기 스프링의 신축 방향과 평행하게 신장됨과 함께, 상기 일방의 부재와 맞닿는 한 쌍의 가이드부(32a, 32b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원웨이 클러치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 시트의 상기 한 쌍의 가이드부는, 상기 평면부로부터 소정 거리만큼 떨어진 위치에서, 상기 스프링에 대하여 멀어지는 측으로 벌어지고,
상기 한 쌍의 가이드부의 당해 평면부로부터 소정 거리만큼 떨어진 부위의 적어도 일부가, 상기 일방의 부재에 맞닿게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원웨이 클러치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 가이드부의 강성은, 상기 스프링의 강성보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 원웨이 클러치.
