도 1은 본 발명의 대표적인 실시형태에 따른 파장 변환 장치의 구성 개략도를 나타냈다.
Claims (12)
- 백색 산란 입자와 접착제를 포함하는 난반사 재료에 있어서,
상기 백색 산란 입자의 백색 지수는 85보다 크며, 상기 백색 산란 입자는 백색 지수가 90보다 큰 고 반사 산란 입자, 굴절률이 2.0보다 크거나 같은 고 굴절 산란 입자 및 고 열전도 산란 입자를 포함하며, 상기 고 열전도 산란 입자는 질화붕소 및/또는 질화알루미늄이며, 상기 고 열전도 산란 입자의 형태는 바형 또는 편평형인 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사 재료. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 백색 산란 입자는 중량부 기준으로, 0.08~0.15부의 상기 백색 지수가 90보다 큰 고 반사 산란 입자, 0.5~0.7부의 상기 고 굴절 산란 입자 및 0.3~0.5부의 상기 고 열전도 산란 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사 재료. - 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 백색 산란 입자와 상기 접착제의 중량비는 0.88~1.15: 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사 재료. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 백색 지수가 90보다 큰 고 반사 산란 입자와 상기 고 굴절 산란 입자는 구형이며; 바람직하게는, 상기 백색 지수가 90보다 큰 고 반사 산란 입자와 상기 고 굴절 산란 입자의 반경은 0.2~0.5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사 재료. - 제1항, 제2 항 또는 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 백색 지수가 90보다 큰 고 반사 산란 입자는 알루미나, 산화마그네슘 및 황산바륨 중의 하나 또는 다수이며;
상기 고 굴절 산란 입자는 티타니아, 산화지르코늄 및 산화아연 중의 하나 또는 다수이며;
상기 고 열전도 산란 입자가 편평형이면, 상기 고 열전도 산란 입자의 편평 방향의 길이는 0.7~7㎛이고, 두께 방향의 길이는 0.02~0.25㎛이며; 상기 고 열전도 산란 입자가 바형이면, 상기 고 열전도 산란 입자의 길이 방향의 길이는 0.7~7㎛이고, 원주 방향의 직경은 0.02~0.25㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사 재료. - 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 난반사 재료를 사용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사층.
- 난반사층의 제조 방법에 있어서,
제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 난반사 재료를 유기 담체와 혼합하여 혼합 재료를 형성하는 단계;
상기 혼합 재료를 기재의 표면에 도포한 후 소결하여 상기 난반사층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사층의 제조 방법. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 재료를 기재의 표면에 도포하는 단계에서 나이프 코팅, 스핀 코팅 또는 스크린 인쇄의 방법을 사용하여 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사층의 제조 방법. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 재료를 기재의 표면에 도포한 후 소결하여 상기 난반사층을 형성하는 단계는,
상기 혼합 재료를 기재의 표면에 도포한 후 소결하여 제1 서브 난반사층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 혼합 재료를 제1 서브 난반사층의 표면에 도포한 후 소결하여 제2 서브 난반사층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 도포와 상기 소결 단계를 반복하여 다층의 서브 난반사층을 형성함으로써 상기 난반사층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난반사층의 제조 방법. - 고 열전도 기판(1), 상기 고 열전도 기판(1) 상에 형성된 형광층(3) 및 상기 고 열전도 기판(1)과 상기 형광층(3) 사이에 위치하는 난반사층(2)을 포함하는 파장 변환 장치에 있어서,
상기 난반사층(2)은 제6 항에 따른 난반사층인 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 변환 장치. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 난반사층(2)의 두께는 30~100㎛이며, 상기 난반사층(2)의 반사율은 90%보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 변환 장치. - 파장 변환 장치를 포함한 광원 시스템에 있어서,
상기 파장 변환 장치는 제10 항 또는 제11 항에 따른 파장 변환 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 시스템.
