도 3은 재생 단계 중에 그리고 측정 단계의 시작까지 전극 전위 및 가열 소자 전위의 예시적인 시간에 따른 프로파일을 도시한다

Claims (12)
- 입자, 특히 수트(soot)를 검출하기 위한 센서(10)의 기능을 제어하는 방법으로서, 상기 센서(10)는 적어도 2개의 측정 전극(20, 22), 및 상기 측정 전극(20, 22)이 배치된 기판(18)을 포함하는, 상기 방법에 있어서,
- 제 1 측정 변수를 결정하기 위해 제 1 전류/전압 측정을 수행하는 단계,
- 제 2 측정 변수를 결정하기 위해 제 2 전류/전압 측정을 수행하는 단계로서, 상기 측정 전극들(20, 22) 중 하나의 측정 전극(22)은 다른 전위(50)에 접속되는 상기 단계,
- 제 3 측정 변수를 결정하기 위해 제 3 전류/전압 측정을 수행하는 단계, 및
- 상기 제 1 측정 변수 및 상기 제 3 측정 변수에 의해 상기 제 2 측정 변수를 보정하기 위한 보정 값을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전류/전압 측정은 상기 제 2 전류/전압 측정 전에 수행되고, 상기 제 3 전류/전압 측정은 상기 제 2 전류/전압 측정 후에 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전류/전압 측정 및 상기 제 3 전류/전압 측정은 상기 측정 전극들(20, 22) 중 하나의 측정 전극(22)에 전위가 인가되지 않는 상태에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보정 값은 상기 제 1 측정 변수 및 상기 제 3 측정 변수의 감소 거동에 기초하여 결정되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보정을 위한 상기 보정 값은 상기 제 2 측정 변수로부터 감산되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 측정 변수, 상기 제 2 측정 변수 및/또는 상기 제 3 측정 변수는 전류인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센서(10)는 가열 소자(14)를 포함하고, 상기 가열 소자(14)가 작동되면, 상기 방법이 실시되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 소자(14)는 전압의 인가에 의해 작동되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 소자(14)에 인가된 전압은 실질적으로 12 V이고, 상기 제 2 전류/전압 측정의 실시 동안 상기 하나의 측정 전극(22)에 인가되는 전위(50)가 실질적으로 8.4 V인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 각각의 단계를 실시하도록 설계된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
- 제 10 항에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램이 저장된 전자 저장 매체.
- 제 11 항에 따른 전자 저장 매체를 포함하는 전자 제어 장치(26).
