Claims (4)
- 배기에 의해 회전되도록 마련된 터빈;
엔진블록의 배기포트와 연통되고, 내부에는 배기가 유동되며, 상기 터빈의 원주방향을 따라 연장되어 상기 터빈 주위을 감싸는 형상으로 마련되고, 그 끝단에는 개방구가 형성되어 상기 터빈으로 배기를 토출하도록 마련된 제1스크롤; 및
상기 엔진블록의 배기포트와 연통되고, 내부에는 배기가 유동되며, 상기 터빈의 원주방향을 따라 연장되어 상기 제1스크롤과 함께 상기 터빈 주위을 감싸는 형상으로 마련되고, 그 끝단에는 개방구가 형성되어 상기 터빈으로 배기를 토출하도록 마련된 제2스크롤;을 포함하고,
상기 제1스크롤 및 상기 제2스크롤의 상기 개방구가 형성된 끝단은 상기 터빈의 원주상에서 서로 다른 위치에 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 터보차져 구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1스크롤 및 상기 제2스크롤은 서로 상이한 상기 배기포트와 연통되며, 서로 번갈아가며 상기 배기포트로부터의 배기유입이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 터보차져 구조. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제1스크롤과 연통된 상기 배기포트로부터 상기 제1스크롤의 끝단에 형성된 상기 개방구까지의 배기 유동거리는 상기 제2스크롤과 연통된 상기 배기포트로부터 상기 제2스크롤의 끝단에 형성된 상기 개방구까지의 배기 유동거리와 동일하도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 터보차져 구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1스크롤 및 상기 제2스크롤의 상기 터빈 주위를 감싸는 형상으로 마련된 부분은 상기 개방구를 향할수록 배기의 유동단면적이 감소되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 터보차져.
