Claims (24)
- 가스를 필터링하기 위한 방법으로서,
컨테이너의 구획 내에서 액체를 통해 가스를 살포하는 단계;
상기 컨테이너로부터 살포된 가스를 필터 조립체의 가스 필터에 통과시키는 단계; 및
부분 진공이 상기 가스 필터를 통과한 상기 살포된 가스를 흡인하는(drawing) 것을 돕도록 상기 가스 필터에 상기 부분 진공을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨테이너는 가요성 백(flexible bag)을 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 필터의 상류에서 상기 살포된 가스의 압력 판독값에 기초하여 상기 부분 진공의 상기 적용을 자동으로 조절하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨테이너 내의 가스 압력에 대해 감지된 값에 기초하여 상기 부분 진공의 상기 적용을 조절하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 방법.

액체를 보유하도록 구성된 구획을 가지는 컨테이너;
제1 가스 필터를 포함하는 제1 필터 조립체로서, 가스가 상기 컨테이너의 상기 구획으로부터 상기 제1 가스 필터로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 컨테이너와 결합되는, 상기 제1 필터 조립체; 및

- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 컨테이너의 상기 구획 내의 가스 압력을 감지하도록 위치된 압력 센서; 및
상기 압력 센서 및 상기 제1 진공 펌프와 전기 통신하는 컴퓨터 프로세서를 추가로 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 컨테이너의 상기 구획 내의 가스 압력을 감지하도록 위치된 압력 센서;
상기 제1 필터 조립체와 상기 제1 진공 펌프 사이에서 유체 연통으로 배치된 제어 밸브; 및
상기 압력 센서 및 상기 제어 밸브와 통신하는 제어 요소를 추가로 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1 필터 조립체는,
구획을 한정하는 가요성 중합체 필름으로 구성된 케이싱을 추가로 포함하며; 그리고
상기 제1 가스 필터는 상기 케이싱의 상기 구획 내에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1 필터 조립체와 결합된 제2진공 펌프를 추가로 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제2 가스 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터 조립체를 추가로 포함하되, 상기 제2 필터 조립체는 가스가 가요성 백의 구획으로부터 상기 제2 가스 필터로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 제1 필터 조립체와 병렬로 상기 가요성 백과 결합되고, 상기 제1 진공 펌프는 상기 제2 필터?조립체와 결합되는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템.

상기 제1 필터 조립체와 상기 제1 진공 펌프 사이에서 연장되는 가스 이송 라인; 및

제2 가스 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터 조립체로서, 가스가 상기 제2 컨테이너의 상기 구획으로부터 상기 제2 가스 필터로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 제2 컨테이너와 결합되는, 상기 제2 필터 조립체를 추가로 포함하며; 그리고
상기 제1 진공 펌프가 활성화될 때 상기 제2 가스 필터를 통하여 상기 제2 컨테이너로부터의 가스를 흡입하는 것을 돕는 부분 진공이 생성되도록, 상기 제1 진공 펌프는 상기 제2 필터 조립체와 결합되는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템. - 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템으로서,
필터 조립체로서,
중합체 막으로 구성되고 구획을 한정하는 케이싱;
상기 케이싱과 결합되고 상기 구획과 연통하는 흡기 포트; 및
가스가 통과할 수 있는 다공성 필터 본체 및 상기 필터 본체와 결합된 배기 포트를 포함하는 제1 필터로서, 상기 필터 본체가 적어도 부분적으로 상기 케이싱의 상기 구획 내에 배치되고 상기 흡기 포트로부터 상기 케이싱의 상기 구획을 통하여 상기 배기 포트로 통과하는 가스가 상기 필터 본체를 통과해야만 하도록 상기 케이싱과 결합되는, 상기 제1 필터를 포함하는, 상기 필터 조립체; 및
진공 펌프가 활성화될 때, 상기 배기 포트에 부분 진공이 적용되도록 상기 제1 필터의 상기 배기 포트에 결합되는 상기 진공 펌프를 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템. - 제23항에 있어서, 상기 제1 필터의 상기 배기 포트와 상기 진공 펌프 사이에서 연장되는 가스 이송 라인; 및
상기 제1 필터와 상기 진공 펌프 사이에서 상기 가스 이송 라인에 결합되는 압력 해제 밸브로서, 상기 가스 이송 라인 내의 가스 압력이 정압이거나 또는 사전 결정된 양의 값에 도달할 때 상기 가스 이송 라인으로부터 대기로 가스를 방출하도록 개방하는, 상기 압력 해제 밸브를 추가로 포함하는, 가스를 필터링하기 위한 시스템.
