도 2는 본 발명에 따른 에너지 절약형 항온항습기의 냉각제습용 재열제어시스템의 냉각제습시 냉매 유동을 나타낸 흐름도.

Claims (4)
- 냉매를 고온고압으로 압축하는 압축기(10), 압축된 고온고압의 냉매를 응축시키는 응축기(20), 응축된 냉매를 팽창시켜 저온저압의 형태로 만드는 팽창밸브(50), 팽창밸브(50)를 거친 냉매를 증발시켜 압축기(10)로 순환시키는 증발기(60)로 구성되어 냉방 및 냉각제습이 이루어지는 항온항습기의 제어시스템에 있어서,
응축기(20)와 팽창밸브(50) 사이에서, 실내측 증발기(60)와 병렬로 대향설치하여 증발기(60)의 배출공기 유로상에 위치되도록하고, 상기 응축기(20) 이후에 냉매가 연속통과되도록 함으로써, 지속적인 냉각제습으로 인하여 실내유입공기(RA)의 온도가 사전설정온도보다 낮아진 경우, 응축기(20)와 함께 동시에 상호간 응축용량이 제어되면서, 실내유입공기가 사전설정된 온도가 되도록 재열용으로 사용되는 재열응축기(30);
가 구비되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 절약형 항온항습기의 냉각제습용 재열제어시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 실내유입공기(RA)의 온도에 따라,
응축기(20)와 재열응축기(30)에 각각 설치된 송풍장치의 회전속도를 조절함으로써, 실내유입공기의 온도가 사전설정온도가 되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 절약형 항온항습기의 냉각제습용 재열제어시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응축기(20)와 재열응축기(30)는
응축기(20)가 재열응축기(30)보다 상대적으로 큰 응축용량으로 구동되며,
상기 응축기(20)의 응축용량을 감소시키면서 감소된 만큼의 응축용량은 재열응축기(30)가 담당하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 절약형 항온항습기의 냉각제습용 재열제어시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
사전설정온도보다 낮아진 실내유입공기의 온도를 사전설정온도가 되도록 재열시, 응축기(20)와 재열응축기(30) 상호간의 응축용량 비율을 변화시키며 연속구동시켜, 실내유입공기가 사전설정온도가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 절약형 항온항습기의 냉각제습용 재열제어시스템.
