Claims (16)
- 제1광을 방출하는 제1영역, 상기 제1광보다 긴 파장을 갖는 제2광을 방출하는 제2영역 및 상기 제2광보다 긴 제3광을 방출하는 제3영역으로 구분되는 컬러 필터로서,
2 이상의 양자점을 포함하는 제1층, 및
상기 제1층의 적어도 어느 한 면에 형성되는 제2층을 포함하되,
상기 제1층 및 상기 제2층 각각은 적어도 상기 제2영역 및 상기 제3영역에 형성되는 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 제2층은 상기 제1광에 대한 투과율이 80 % 이상인 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1광은 청색광인 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 제2층의 두께는 상기 제1층의 두께의 10 % 내지 60 % 인 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1층 및 상기 제2층 각각은 감광성 수지로 이루어진 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1층은
금속 산화물 입자, 금속입자, 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 광 확산제를 더 포함하는 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 양자점은, II족-VI족 화합물, III족-V족 화합물, IV족- VI족 화합물, IV족 화합물, II족-III족-VI족 화합물, I족-II족-IV족-VI족 화합물, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 양자점은,

상기 제1영역은 투명체로 채워지는 컬러 필터. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 컬러 필터를 제조하는 방법으로서,
기판 위에 상기 제1층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 제1층 위에 상기 제2층을 형성하여, 상기 기판 위에 상기 제1층과 상기 제2층으로 이루어진 적층체를 얻는 단계,
상기 적층체를 프리 베이크(pre-bake)하는 단계,
상기 적층체를 노광 및 현상하여 패터닝된 적층체를 얻는 단계, 및
상기 패터닝된 적층체를 포스트 베이크(post-bake)하는 단계
를 포함하는 컬러 필터 제조 방법. - 제10항에서,
프리 베이크된 상기 적층체의 광변환율에 대한 포스트 베이크된 상기 적층체의 광변환율을 제1 유지율이라 하면,
상기 제1 유지율의 비율은 70 % 이상 100 % 미만인 컬러 필터 제조 방법. - 제10항에서,
상기 적층체를 에이징(aging)하는 단계를 더 포함하는 컬러 필터 제조 방법. - 제12항에서,
프리 베이크된 상기 적층체의 광변환율에 대한 에이징된 상기 적층체의 광변환율의 비율을 제2 유지율이라 하면,
상기 제2 유지율은 85 % 이상 100 % 미만인 컬러 필터 제조 방법. - 제12항에서,
포스트 베이크된 상기 적층체의 광변환율에 대한 에이징된 상기 적층체의 광변환율의 비율을 제3 유지율이라 하면,
상기 제3 유지율은 100 % 이상 120 % 미만인 컬러 필터 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 컬러 필터를 포함하는 표시 장치로서,
제1방향으로 상기 제1광을 공급하는 광원,
상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 광원의 전방에 배치되는 제1기판,
상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 제1기판의 전방에 배치되는 상기 컬러 필터, 및
상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 컬러 필터의 전방에 배치되는 제2기판을 포함하되,
상기 컬러 필터는 상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 제1층이 상기 제2층의 전방에 위치되는 표시 장치. - 제15항에서,
상기 제1기판과 상기 컬러 필터 사이, 또는 상기 컬러 필터와 상기 제2기판 사이에 배치되는 액정층을 더 포함하는 표시 장치.
