Claims (33)
- 포유동물의 생리학적 신호들을 모니터링하는 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기에 있어서,
상기 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기는,
방수 케이스를 형성하는 하우징으로서, 하우징이 하우징으로부터 연장되어 있는 2개의 가요성 날개부와 일체로 이루어져 있으며 2개의 가요성 날개부가 포유동물의 피부에 들러붙도록 구성되어 있고 2개의 가요성 날개부에 생리학적 신호를 측정하도록 구성된 전극들이 구비되어 있는, 하우징;
상기 하우징에 내장되어 있는 프로세서로서, 상기 생리학적 신호로부터 복수 개의 특징들을 연속해서 기록 및 추출하도록 구성된, 프로세서; 및
상기 하우징에 내장되어 있는 송신기로서, 송신기가 상기 특징들 및 상기 특징들의 장소들에 대한 복수 개의 참조들을 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하고, 컴퓨팅 기기가 상기 추출된 특징들 및 참조들로부터 파악된 신호들의 복수 개의 위치들을 파악하도록 구성된, 송신기;
를 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 특징들은 추출 윈도우 동안 추출되는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 특징들은 R 피크(R peak) 정보를 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 R 피크 정보는 R 피크 장소들을 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 파악된 신호들은 임상적 조치가 필요한 심장 리듬들을 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제5항에 있어서,
임상적 조치는 투여 방식의 변경, 외과적 처치, 및 외과적 이식 중의 하나를 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 임상적 조치는 치료의 지속을 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 서버인, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파악된 신호들의 위치들은 상기 컴퓨팅 기기로부터 상기 프로세서로 재송신되는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는 상기 파악된 신호들의 위치들을 판독하고 상기 파악된 신호들의 위치들에 상응하는 메모리 영역에 액세스하여 리듬 세그먼트를 추론하도록 구성된, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 송신기는 상기 리듬 세그먼트를 송신하도록 더 구성된, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 송신기는 상기 리듬 세그먼트가 신뢰도 판단을 충족시킬 경우에만 상기 리듬 세그먼트를 송신하도록 구성되고, 상기 신뢰도 판단은 정의된 문턱값의 초과를 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 스마트폰과 통신하도록 구성된, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 스마트폰인, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는 이차적인 생리학적 신호를 수집하도록 구성되고 상기 송신기는 상기 이차적인 생리학적 신호를 상기 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하도록 구성된, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 이차적인 생리학적 신호는 모션(motion) 신호를 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 이차적인 생리학적 신호는 음향 잡음을 포함하는, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는 삼차적인 생리학적 신호를 수집하도록 더 구성된, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 포유동물의 생리학적 신호들을 모니터링하는 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기에 있어서,
상기 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기는,
생리학적 신호들을 측정하도록 구성된 전극들 및 모니터링 회로를 케이싱하는 하우징;
상기 모니터링 회로에 내장된 프로세서로서, 상기 생리학적 신호들로부터 복수 개의 기술적 특징(descriptive feature)들을 연속해서 기록 및 추출하도록 구성된, 프로세서; 및
상기 모니터링 회로에 내장된 송신기로서, 송신기가 상기 기술적 특징들 및 상기 기술적 특징들의 장소들에 대한 복수 개의 참조들을 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하고, 상기 컴퓨팅 기기가 상기 추출된 특징들 및 참조들로부터 파악된 신호들의 복수 개의 위치들을 파악하도록 구성된, 송신기;
를 포함하며,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 상기 송신기에 상기 위치들을 송신하도록 구성되고,
상기 송신기는 상기 컴퓨팅 기기로부터의 복수 개의 위치들을 수신한 후에 생리학적 신호 섹션을 송신하도록 구성된, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는 이차적인 생리학적 신호를 수집하도록 구성되고 상기 송신기는 상기 이차적인 생리학적 신호를 상기 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하도록 구성된, 착용 가능한 생리학적 모니터링 기기. - 데이터를 모니터링하는 착용 가능한 기기에 있어서,
상기 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기는,
포유동물로부터의 심장 신호들을 탐지 또는 획득하는 센서 회로로서, 상기 심장 신호들로부터의 심장박동 시계열을 추정하도록 구성된, 센서 회로; 및
송신기로서, 송신기가 상기 심장박동 시계열을 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하도록 구성되며, 컴퓨팅 기기가 상기 심장박동 시계열로부터 심장 부정맥의 공산(公算; likelihood)을 추론하도록 구성된, 송신기;
를 포함하며,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 보고를 하도록 구성된, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 서버인, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 스마트폰인, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 스마트폰 매개체를 통해 상기 송신기와 통신하는, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항에 있어서,
상기 보고에는 심방 세동(atrial fibrillation)의 존재에 대한 표시들이 포함되는, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제25항에 있어서,
상기 심방 세동의 존재에 대한 표시들에는 적어도 1000회의 심장박동 탐지가 포함되는, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 기기는 사전에 결정된 문턱값에 따라 상기 심장박동 시계열을 필터링함으로써 복수 개의 최대 확률 심장 리듬들을 추론하는, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 센서 회로는 심장 신호들로부터의 신호 진폭을 추정하도록 더 구성되고 상기 송신기는 상기 신호 진폭을 상기 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하도록 더 구성된, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 센서 회로는 심장 신호들로부터의 잡음 레벨을 추정하도록 구성되고 상기 송신기는 상기 잡음 신호를 상기 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하도록 더 구성된, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제21항 내지 제29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 센서 회로는 이차적인 신호를 수집하고 상기 이차적인 신호를 상기 컴퓨팅 기기에 송신하도록 구성된, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제30항에 있어서,
상기 이차적인 신호는 가속도계 데이터인, 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기. - 제30항에 있어서,

심장 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기는,
포유동물로부터의 복수 개의 심장박동 신호들을 기록하도록 구성된 센서 회로; 및
송신기로서, 포유동물에 트리거가 사용될 때 송신기가 심장박동 신호들의 세그먼트를 서버에 송신하도록 구성되고, 서버가 상기 심장박동 신호들의 세그먼트를 분석하여 심장 부정맥의 공산(公算; likelihood)을 추론하도록 구성된, 송신기;
를 포함하며,
상기 서버는 심장 부정맥의 공산으로부터 보고를 준비하고 상기 보고를 상기 포유동물에 송신하도록 구성된, 심장 데이터 모니터링용 착용 가능한 기기.
