Claims (11)
- 연료극층, 전해질층 및 공기극층을 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀에 있어서,
상기 전해질층 상에 형성되고 0.5 내지 3 몰퍼센트의 소결조제를 포함하는 제1반응방지층; 및
상기 제1반응방지층 상에 형성되고 10 내지 35 몰퍼센트의 소결조제를 포함하는 상기 제2반응방지층을 더 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해질층은 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아(YSZ), 스칸디아 안정화 지르코니아(ScSZ), 사마리아 도핑된 세리아(SDC), 가돌리니아 도핑된 세리아(GDC) 및 란타늄 갈레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공기극층은 페로브스카이트 구조를 가지면서, 란탄(La), 코발트(Co), 스트론튬(Sr), 칼슘(Ca), 가돌리늄(Gd), 바륨(Ba), 마그네슘(Mg), 티타늄(Ti), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 니켈(Ni), 철(Fe), 구리(Cu) 및 지르코늄(Zr)으로 이루어진 금속에서 선택된 2종 이상을 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1반응방지층 및 제2반응방지층은 세리아계 금속 산화물을 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 세리아계 금속 산화물은 희토류가 첨가된 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소결 조제는 구리, 산화구리, 코발트, 산화코발트, 칼슘, 산화칼슘, 지르코늄, 산화지르코늄, 철, 산화철, 리튬 및 산화리튬으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀.
- 연료극층, 및 상기 연료극층 상에 고체산화물의 전해질층을 형성하는 단계;
전해질층 상에 0.5 내지 3 몰퍼센트의 소결조제를 포함하는 제1반응방지층용 조성물을 코팅하여 제1반응방지층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제1반응방지층 상에 10 내지 35 몰퍼센트의 소결조제를 포함하는 제2반응방지층용 조성물을 코팅하여 제2 반응방지층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1반응방지층 및 제2반응방지층을 소결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2반응방지층 상에 공기극층용 조성물을 코팅하여 공기극층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제1반응방지층, 제2반응방지층 및 공기극층을 소결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 코팅은 스크린프린팅 공정으로 연속적으로 이루어지는 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
소결 온도는 800 내지 1300℃인 고체산화물 연료전지용 셀 제조방법.
