도 3c는 본 발명의 제1 실시 형태에 관한 스트로크 검출 장치의 제1 MR 센서의 출력 신호와 제2 MR 센서의 출력 신호를 합성한 그래프도이다.

Claims (7)
- 제1 부재와,
상기 제1 부재에 대해 진퇴 가능하게 설치되는 제2 부재와,
상기 제2 부재의 표면에 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향을 따라 형성되는 스케일과,
상기 스케일에 대향하도록 상기 제1 부재에 설치되고, 대향하는 상기 스케일의 면적에 따라서 출력이 변화되는 제1 검출 소자 및 제2 검출 소자를 구비하고,
상기 스케일은, 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향에 대해 경사지는 제1 에지부와, 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향에 대해 상기 제1 에지부와는 상이한 각도로 연장되는 제2 에지부를 갖고,
상기 제1 에지부는, 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 범위에 있어서 항상 상기 제1 검출 소자에 대향하도록 형성되고, 상기 제2 에지부는, 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 범위에 있어서 항상 상기 제2 검출 소자에 대향하도록 형성되어 있고,
상기 제2 부재의 스트로크는, 상기 제1 검출 소자의 출력과 상기 제2 검출 소자의 출력에 기초하여 검출되는, 스트로크 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 에지부는, 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향에 대해 상기 제1 에지부와 반대 방향으로 경사지는, 스트로크 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 검출 소자와 상기 제2 검출 소자는, 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향에 대해 직교하는 동일면 상에 이격되어 설치되는, 스트로크 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 검출 소자에 대향하는 상기 스케일의 면적이 점증하는 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향과, 상기 제2 검출 소자에 대향하는 상기 스케일의 면적이 점증하는 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향은 동일 방향이며, 상기 제2 부재의 스트로크는, 상기 제1 검출 소자의 출력과 상기 제2 검출 소자의 출력의 합에 기초하여 검출되는, 스트로크 검출 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2 부재는, 원기둥 형상 부재이며,
상기 스케일은, 상기 제1 에지부를 갖는 제1 스케일과, 상기 제2 에지부를 갖는 제2 스케일로 이루어지고,
상기 제1 스케일과 상기 제2 스케일은, 상기 제2 부재의 중심축을 사이에 두고 대향하여 설치되는, 스트로크 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 검출 소자에 대향하는 상기 스케일의 면적이 점증하는 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향과, 상기 제2 검출 소자에 대향하는 상기 스케일의 면적이 점증하는 상기 제2 부재의 진퇴 방향은 반대 방향이며, 상기 제2 부재의 스트로크는, 상기 제1 검출 소자의 출력과 상기 제2 검출 소자의 출력의 차에 기초하여 검출되는, 스트로크 검출 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 부재는, 원기둥 형상 부재이며,
상기 스케일은, 상기 제1 에지부를 갖는 제1 스케일과, 상기 제2 에지부를 갖는 제2 스케일로 이루어지고,
상기 제1 스케일과 상기 제2 스케일은, 상기 제2 부재의 주위 방향에 있어서 90°미만의 범위 내에 설치되는, 스트로크 검출 장치.
