Abstract
a) 로프(1)의 하중 지탱 섬유 재료는 고강도 합성 섬유로 이루어진다.
b) 로프(1)는 나선형 스트랜드 로프 형태이다.
c) 로프(1)는 적어도 2개, 바람직하게는 적어도 3개의 동심의 하중 지탱 스트랜드 층(3, 4, 5)을 가진다.
d) 스트랜드 층(3, 4, 5)의 각각의 스트랜드(7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12)는 서로에 대하여 이동 가능하다.
e) 로프(1)의 직물 섬유 재료 충진도는 75% 이상이고, 바람직하게는 85% 이상이다.
f) 로프의 가장 바깥쪽 플라이(5, 6)는 μ < 0.15인 강철에 상대적인 마찰 계수, μ를 가진다.

Claims (8)
- 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1)로서,
a) 상기 로프(1)의 하중 지탱 섬유 재료는 고강도 합성 섬유로 이루어지고,
b) 상기 로프(1)는 나선형 스트랜드 로프의 형태이고,
c) 상기 로프(1)는 적어도 2개, 바람직하게는 적어도 3개의 동심의 하중 지탱 스트랜드 층(3, 4, 5)을 가지고,
d) 상기 스트랜드 층(3, 4, 5)의 각각의 스트랜드(7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12)는 서로에 대하여 이동 가능하고,
e) 상기 로프(1)의 상기 직물 섬유 재료의 충진도는 75% 이상이고, 바람직하게는 85% 이상이고,
f) 상기 로프의 가장 바깥쪽 플라이(ply)(5, 6)는, μ < 0.15인 강철에 상대적인 마찰 계수 μ를 가지는 것인, 상기 특징들의 조합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1).
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 로프(1)는 피복(6)에 의해 둘러싸여 있고, 상기 피복(6)은, μ < 0.15인 강철에 상대적인 마찰 계수 μ를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1).
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드 층(3, 4, 5)은 상기 로프(1)가 하중을 받을 때 본질적으로 꼬이지 않도록 서로 나란하게 정렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1).
- 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나의 스트랜드 층(5)의 꼬임 길이 대 상기 로프 중심 방향으로 인접한 스트랜드 층(4)의 꼬임 길이의 비율은 1.5 미만, 바람직하게는 0.7 내지 1.0, 더 바람직하게는 0.8 내지 0.9인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1).
- 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로프(1)의 상기 섬유 재료는 압축되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1).
- 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로프(1)의 상기 섬유 재료는 그것의 파괴 강도의 15% 초과만큼, 바람직하게는 그것의 파괴 강도의 35% 내지 55% 만큼 늘려져(stretch) 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1).
- 제1 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로프(1)의 하중 지탱 스트랜드(7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) 각각에 개별적으로 피복(13)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 섬유 재료로 만들어진 로프(1).
- 드럼 구동 장치를 포함하는 응용 분야를 위한 로드 로프(load rope)로서의 제1 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 로프(1)의 사용.
