Claims (9)
- 물, 오르가노클로로실란 A 및 그 가수분해 생성물 중에서 선택된 불순물을 함유하는 오염된 기체 염화수소의 정제 방법으로서,
상기 기체 염화수소를 액체 오르가노클로로실란 B로 스크럽하는, 정제 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기체 염화수소는 상기 오르가노클로로실란 A의 가수분해로부터 유래되는, 정제 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 오르가노클로로실란 A는 디메틸디클로로실란, 트리메틸클로로실란, 메틸트리클로로실란, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 정제 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 오르가노클로로실란 A와 상기 오르가노클로로실란 B는 동일한, 정제 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
물을 가수분해하는데 요구되는 오르가노클로로실란 B의 화학양론적 양의 10배 이상의 양으로 오염된 기체 염화수소가 스크럽에 사용되는, 정제 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 오르가노클로로실란 B를 사용하는 염화수소의 스크럽은 0 ℃ 내지 50 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는, 정제 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 오르가노클로로실란 B를 사용하는 스크럽 후에, 액체 클로로메탄을 사용하여 상기 염화수소를 스크럽하는, 정제 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 액체 클로로메탄을 사용하는 스크럽 온도는 -15 ℃ 내지 -55 ℃인, 정제 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 정제된 염화수소는 클로로메탄 제조에 사용되는, 정제 방법.
