Claims (25)
ㆍ 제1 단계(1)에서, 반응물의 축합에 의해 생성될 수 있는 물의 총량을 기준으로 적어도 80 중량%의 축합수가 제거될 때까지 100∼300℃의 범위의 온도에서 축합수를 제거하면서, 디카르복실산(DC) 및 디카르복실산 무수물(DCA)을 적어도 이작용성 알콜(A)과 반응시키고, 축합수의 양은 반응 용기로부터 증류에 의해 제거되는 물에 의해 측정되며,
ㆍ 제2 단계(2a)에서, 반응 혼합물이 50∼150℃의 범위의 온도에 도달한 후, 푸란디카르복실산을 첨가하고, 이후
ㆍ 다음 단계(2b)에서, 1 mg KOH/g 이하, 바람직하게는 0.8 mg KOH/g 이하의 산가가 도달될 때까지 150∼300℃의 범위의 온도에서 반응 혼합물을 더 반응시키며,
상기 공정 단계들 중 어디에서도 추가의 유기 용매를 사용하지 않는 폴리에스테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
