Claims (6)
- 원통형의 내면으로 정의되는 수용공간을 가지는 베어링 하우징;
상기 수용공간에 배치되며, 설정된 두께를 가지는 판 부재로서 속이 빈 원통형으로 구비되고, 그 길이방향으로 절개된 탑 포일;
상기 원통형의 내면과 상기 탑 포일의 외면 사이에 배치되며, 상기 원통형의 내면에 면 접촉되는 제1 접촉부와, 상기 원통형의 내면으로부터 볼록한 단면형상을 가지는 제1 볼록부가 상기 베어링 하우징의 내주를 따라 번갈아 배치되는 제1 범프 포일; 및
상기 제1 범프 포일과 상기 탑 포일의 외면 사이에 배치되며, 상기 제1 접촉부와 일대일 대응되고 상기 제1 접촉부에 접촉되며 상기 베어링 하우징의 내주 방향으로 상기 제1 접촉부보다 폭이 작은 제2 접촉부와, 상기 제1 볼록부와 일대일 대응되고 상기 베어링 하우징의 내주 방향으로 상기 제1 볼록부보다 폭이 크며 상기 베어링 하우징의 내경 방향으로 상기 제1 볼록부와 접촉되고 상기 원통형의 내면으로부터 볼록한 단면형상을 가지는 제2 볼록부가 상기 베어링 하우징의 내주를 따라 번갈아 배치되는 제2 범프;를 포함하는 래디알 에어 베어링. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베어링 하우징은, 상기 원통형의 내면이 상기 수용공간의 반경 방향으로 함몰되어 형성되며, 상기 수용공간의 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 키 홈;을 가지며,
상기 탑 포일은, 상기 탑 포일의 길이방향으로 절개된 단부의 외면에 각각 구비되며, 상기 키 홈에 삽입되는 2개의 키를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디알 에어 베어링. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 베어링 하우징은,
상기 원통형의 내면이 상기 수용공간의 반경 방향으로 함몰되어 형성되며, 상기 수용공간의 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 삽입홈; 및
상기 삽입홈에 삽입되어 설치되는 온도센서;를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디알 에어 베어링. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 삽입홈은, 상기 수용공간의 중심에 대해 상기 키 홈과 100°~ 140°간격을 가지는 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디알 에어 베어링. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 삽입홈은, 상기 수용공간의 중심과 상기 키 홈에 의해 정의되는 면에 대해 대칭이 되는 위치에 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디알 에어 베어링. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 탑 포일은, 절개된 부분의 내측 단부가 모따기 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 래디알 에어 베어링.
