Claims (13)
- 다수의 섬유들을 포함하되,
상기 섬유들의 적어도 일부는 N2H2 가스를 이용한 진공플라즈마 처리를 통해 개질된 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터용 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유들 각각은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터용 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혈액필터용 부직포는 물에 대한 접촉각이 70° 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터용 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혈액필터용 부직포는 물에 대한 접촉각이 55° 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터용 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혈액필터용 부직포는 물에 대한 접촉각이 20° 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터용 부직포. - 부직포를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 부직포에 대하여 N2H2 가스를 이용한 진공플라즈마 처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 부직포는 멜트블로운 공정을 통해 PET, PBT, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터용 부직포의 제조방법. - 유입되는 혈액을 전처리하기 위한 전처리 필터; 및
상기 전처리 필터에 의해 전처리된 혈액을 처리하는 메인 필터를 포함하되,
상기 전처리 필터는, 5 내지 30 ㎛의 평균섬유직경 및 10 내지 30 ㎛의 평균 공경을 갖는 제1 부직포들의 적층체이고,
상기 메인 필터는, 1 내지 3 ㎛의 평균섬유직경 및 5 내지 10 ㎛의 평균 공경을 갖는 제2 부직포들의 적층체이며,
상기 제1 부직포와 상기 제2 부직포 중 적어도 하나는, N2H2 가스를 이용한 진공플라즈마 처리를 통해 개질된 표면을 갖는 섬유를 포함하는 친수성 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액 필터. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 부직포들 각각은, PET, PBT, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는,
혈액 필터. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 부직포는 물에 대한 접촉각이 70° 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 부직포는 물에 대한 접촉각이 55° 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는,
혈액필터. - 제9항에 있어서,
